OK, this place sells lots of good food, not great food.I only ate breakfast and was pleasantly surprised chicken fried steak and eggs and pancakes. Steak and gravy very good eggs cooked properly hash browns crispy and pancakes also good. The issue I had was that it was hot, and so was the food. There was lots of sweating eating a hot breakfast, so ice water was necessary.I only mentioned this because it was 90 degrees outside. Service was good. I sat at the bar so no waiting for me and they were attentive and polite. You need to understand this place is open 24 hours and serves everything during that time. I watched shrimp and Steak served next to breakfast,every meal looked delicious, and was served immediately. This is not gourmet food however it fills a need for quick, inexpensive meals. This was my first time going to norm's and I have an absolutely amazing experience. I love this place and I'll be going a lot more. It was spotlessly clean, had great atmosphere, the people were nice, the food was great and it was affordable. And they only use real maple syrup!
