This place deserves to be better known. First coffee (long macchiato) I've had in three weeks here which made me stop speaking and go, mmm that's nice. Rich flavour and mouth filling texture. The prices are super reasonable and the corn/spinach/cream cheese muffin was great. You need to go into the Habitat Restore Centre, which is a bonus because there's a good op shop amongst other things.

This place was so lovely. It was the first stop on our road trip of the South Island, and I was so happy with everything. The cafe is so cute with vintage furniture and a great selection of both cabinet and menu food. Everything was reasonably priced, and they offer milk alternatives which is really great.
We both had the eggs benedict with salmon, and it was easily one of the best eggs benedicts I've ever had, with a good amount of salmon, and not too much spinach. There was also this little fancy basil oil drizzle that was actually really yummy. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
There was vegetarian and vegan options, and a cute little play area for kids.
As a plus, you can do some shopping afterwards!
Wish I lived closer, but next time I'm in Nelson I definitely will be back :)

Fantastic vegetarian and vegan menu (meat can be added to some). Friendly service and great coffee. And every dollar you spend helps Habitat for Humanity’s housing projects. What’s not to love.

I recently attended a conference that was catered for by Nook, the food was fresh and delicious...the coffee from the cafe was the best I've had! The staff were professional and very friendly... Would definitely recommend a visit to the Restore and Restore Hub.
