We pulled into this restaurant last minute and was not disappointed. I enjoyed the chicken and broccoli rice bowl. It was a normal size(not a small), and it filled me up! Kids enjoyed mac n cheese, of course! The wait for our food was not long and came out hot. The staff was nice and patient with us. I had my first experience at this location today and it was great food, extremely attentive employees who are friendly and look to enjoy being there. You don’t find that often. Checked the reviews before coming and saw the review of moldy noodles- disgusting yes, but the establishment replied with a sincere apology and stated steps were going to be taken to ensure it never happens again. Unfortunately, as soon as I got home and popped the lid off my to-go order, I found a black hair embedded in my food. $22 dollars spent and I only got to eat my side of green beans. If you’re going to state you’re taking action to make sure the food quality is satisfactory- do it! I trusted that response. Dined in with family tonight and had a great experience! Food was fantastic, portions are large. Everyone left satisfied and full. The customer service and recommendations provided by Ashlee were perfect! Lobby was clean and well stocked. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Will return. The servers can be kinda rude sometimes but I'm sure they are over worked and dealing with alot. Good food and GF (gluten free) options as well. Good atmosphere and let's you grab your own napkins and utensils ♡ all in all 4 stars! Ordered takeout for 9. Was told I couldn't pick up until 11:30. Got there at 11:15. Food was sitting on a metal counter with no heat. Was handed 9 glasses and told to get my own drinks. When I asked what was ordered she shrugged and walked off. Someone else looked it up for me. No eating utinsels or napkins were included. Meals were not labeled. Had to open and taste to see what it was. All beef order was half chicken. Extra shrimp had same amount of shrimp as regular. Mine had a half inch of runny salad dressing in the bottom of the bowl which ruined the rice and shrimp. Never going there again. I was trying to the online order but it would not go through so I called no help from the staff so who knows how the food is nor how good the people or anything is an I will not know as I was never a customer an after today won't be trying to order again. Sad but no 1 tries to help or fix or make any 1 happy to have them come back. It's a sad generation we have any more when you her the I don't care in their voice

I came here a few years ago. They are my favorite noodle express! Very patient and friendly staff. Welcome you with a smile, service is wonderful. I can't believe it's been so long since I've been there. Their food is the best out of all the noodle express I've been to. Anything Osaka I definitely recommend 👌 😌 only if you like ginger though!
