Nom was excellent. We were only in Västerås for the night so only had one shot at the local restaurants, this was by far the best option we could have found. The head server was amazing, she was welcoming and accommodating. If ever we come back to Sweden, we will be sure to visit again. We waited for quite a while before we got seated. Even though the restaurant wasn't busy and there were staff that just stood there and did nothing. So the first impression wasn't good. When we finally got seated, we ordered the 3 course testing menu. I can't say everything was very good, it was quite mixed. Some courses was very good, some ok and some wasn't very tasty, and the meat was chewy even though it was cooked medium rare. Our waiter was friendly and the place had this medieval feel but also quite modern.

It was really excellent! We took the meal tasting plate premium for 2. The price was totally ok and the amount of the meat was enourmous. You even get 3 side dishes aswell. The sauces and the dips, especially the red wine sauce is tremendously good! The NOM is a clear recommendation! The Service is also very good and customer friendly!

The meat was very high quality. The atmosphere is upscale and could be romantic. There is good outside seating when it's warm.

There were three of us from Ireland and we all has the same dish ( Rib-Eye steak). Absolutely fantastic. The meat was cooked perfectly and the sides were just as good. The staff were friendly and the restaurant itself was nicely laid out and had a good atmosphere. Highly recommended..

worst cooked beef ever! i heard lots of good words about this restaurant and i decide to test it. positive -very good ambient, -the waiter was very kind. -wine was good -good serving -the desert was good negative ... -it was so cold inside , -there was a very cold air blowing from somewhere , -salad was like maked of boredom -i have never tasted worst roasted beef ever -i have never tasted worster sausage in restaurant ever -the food was not tasty and balanced at all, except the fried brocula -expensive My definitive opinion is that you need to change your chief of kitchen or he need to learn how to balance the tastes and probably he never ever have tasted what he cooked by himself.
