Absolutely amazing team of Wendy and Men. Love their Mahi and their cooking Fish and chips were spot on, crispy with well cooked fish, chips to die for. Chicken stir fried rice with loads of chicken and vegetables seasoned to perfection. Will be back soon guys.

Best chicken burgers in Mosgiel, added extras are available, perfect variety of fillings for fussy people like myself. Love this place! "A very nice chicken satay. Excellent fish & chips! " Wrote above review 4 years ago & continue to stand by the 4 stars. If u love 'fish n chips' Nola's provides a tasty, perfect serve. Non greasy and cooked to perfection; not a huge scoop - but enough! (I hated throwing out wasted scoops back in the day). Chicken satay, sweet n sour also strong favourites. All round great menu and cooked the way u like it.

Great fish and tasty chips but the portion size of chips is tiny we got three scoops to feed two people and it was hardly enough. They would get 5 stars if their portion sizes were fairer

The food is reasonably priced and served very quickly. The fried rice isn't too greasy like other places I've been, and along with the fish and chips, come generously sized.

Nola's Chinese food is usually fantastic, tonights had huge hunks of processed chicken in fried rice, Sweet and sour smallish bits of pork inside huge bits of batter. Felt like new cook. OK. But not nearly as good as usual.

Love that these guys don't only make the best takeaways in Mosgiel, they also acknowledge when you place a large order by giving you a free bottle of fizz of your choice. Lovely gesture, n thank you!

First time at this takeaways.. Fried rice was dry and tasted burnt. Chips looked cooked but hard and cold in the middle. Fish rubbery. So unfortunately we wont be coming back.
