Very nice Hotel if you need a quite moment, clean, good price, a bit far, about 4 km from Arusha Moshi Nairobi by pass. Very good area to walk and explore around, you will see Maasai Boma not very far from this location.
Located in the surburbs of Arusha with so much tranquility. The staff are mostly trainees but very punctual, attentive and very kind. Got a very good swimming pool and their refridgerators functions really well, because the beer was ice cold which is what I mostly prefer😂. A good location for a retreat with family. The Hotel is a three star Hotel located a bit outside Arusha. The garden surrounding the pool is very beautiful and the service is good with friendly staff. The food taste very good, and mostly they serve Tanzanian food, but they know how to make other food also. The beds are so comfortable so you could sleep until lunch!||The Hotel is part of a tourism school where they train students to become good at all positions in a Hotel.

I've stayed at Veta Hotel in Njiro twice now. I'm really at something of a loss at how to rate it. Part of the issue I'm having is that this is the hotel of the Veta Hotel and Tourism Training Institute. That being the case, does one cut them some slack given that many of the employees are recent graduates? Or, does one hold them to a higher standard on the assumption that they should be something of a standard bearer? In any event, I'll simply describe the experience. Oh, and this review refers only to the hotel and bar, but not to the restaurant since I've never had a meal there.||The hotel and grounds are quite pretty. The building is modern and attractive. I was in a single suite which was impeccably clean and nicely apportioned. The staff, with one glaring exception, couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The rates was quite reasonable. There were, however, a few minor drawbacks that detracted from the overall experience. For example, while there was a fridge in the room, there was nothing in it, nor was it turned on. There wasn't even any drinking water in the room. There was an electric kettle with tea, instant coffee and creamer. The lack of bottled water was a drawback. It would also have been nice if the refrigerator had been plugged in prior to my arrival. Not huge problems, but inconvenient nonetheless.||The major problem was that the barman seemed clueless about drinks. He actually didn't know what a cocktail was. So, when I requested a gin and tonic and was asked whether I wanted a double or single shot, I said double. There were five of us and no other customers. Still, we had to wait about 20 minutes. My gin and tonic was brought to me with the gin in a cocktail glass (a single shot, if that, definitely not a double), a bottle of tonic water, and a water glass with ice cubes. When I was done, the barman came and asked if I wanted another. I said not if it was going to take as long as the first one. He assured me that it would only be a minute. 15 minutes, later, I called and asked where my drink was. He said that he didn't know that I wanted it yet. I replied that I did. Another 15 minutes and it still hadn't come, so we all left and went out to dinner. That bar experience was sorely disappointing. If they're going to run a bar, they need someone who is a bit attentive and knows something about mixology.||None of this was enough to keep me away, however. It's a new hotel, so I can overlook a few things. I will continue to stay there on my trips though Arusha and have every expectation that every stay will be better than the previous one.
Good and affordable hotel with all necessary facilities for enjoyment and taking out your family.

Beautiful and uncrowded place. It's ideal spot to take kids as well, for those with family especially those in need of swimming (there is a swimming pool).
Very eye catching, Off-town, quite and sporty place. Ideal for team building events and spending times without your love ones..
