What we got: - chai milk tea (3/5) - salted caramel macchiato (2/5) - brown sugar latte (3/5) the regular size is so small compared to what chatime used to be. The drinks were not great nor flavorful. Would not order from here again. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Boba was great, I got passionfruit green tea with mango popping pearls. Prices were as I expected, around $6 - for medium size boba. The fruit tea is VERY sweet, which I like, but you can pick %50 or %25 sweetness if you want less. I've Been Here many of couple of times at Chatime Mall Of America they got the Best Boba Teas and Milk Lattes And they have Seasonal Drinks for every month of the year. I have been here twice and every time it just tastes a little funky. Not sure what it is it might be the kind of green tea they brew. The actual boba is also a bit hard and the prices are high for the area. I understand thee mall is busy but I just wish this spot was more reliable. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Way too sweet, if I want to get diabetes, I'll come here. My first time here and they didn't ask if I want sugar level adjusted, didn't realized I can do it and also confident that they know what too sweet level is. Also boba is extra, some other places drink include boba so price wise, this place is expensive. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I'm sure there are enough boba shops in the Mall of America, but I'm glad I found this one. The Ube Latte creme brulee was both beautifully made and very tasty. Rude customer service. I was waiting for my drink and’s didn’t great for 20 minutes. It was a lot of people, so I thought they were just busy. I went up and asked if they had called out my drink yet and one of the teenagers behind the counter rudely said “we’ve been calling your drink for a long time. You should have answered!” Never heard my name and why are you so angry at me? Just odd and incredibly disrespectful. Need to better train your workers. And they drink was subpar

Horrible service, extremely slow, and for a tea drink it's all milk and no tea. Not even the slightest taste of tea. Also was charged a fee for using self order kiosk. There is a fee for regular boba too, you'd think a place with boba in its name would include boba but it does not. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
