Lovely stay, beautiful location and gorgeous hammocks in the bungalows which we absolutely loved. The food is very nice and the staff were pretty friendly! Only confusing thing was the price- a review from 3 days before our stay said 120k for a 2P bungalow, the sign outside said 150k (although tbf it was a little unclear as you can see) and we were charged 160k per night. This was more expensive than Rainbow guesthouse down the road which has more modern facilities. Maybe we were supposed to haggle?
120k for a bungalow which is a great price. Bed is comfortable and the bathrooms work, shower has hot water as well. The restaurant attatched to the hotel also serves great food. My one complaint was that the hammock was really low to the ground so it was hard to sit in, and the screw holding it in fell out while i was in it. Other than that, great place
A steal for 120,000 kip a night. The private bungalow was comfortable and clean enough. The riverside view in the hammocks was stunning. And the owners were very friendly and helpful.
We didn't stay here but had food several times and had a tour with Mr. Kan. The tour was really nice, he organised everything for us and was a great guide (had some little facts and speaks great English). We went down the river by kayak and hiked to the waterfall where we arrived before anyone else. The food is also really good (I highly recommend the honey ginger tea and the chicken barbecue). The terrasse is also super nice with a nice view on the mountains. All in all a super nice place.
The restaurant offers a very nice and relaxing view onto the river in the morning and from around 4pm as well as delicious food. We also booked a kayak and trekking tour to the waterfalls, which was nice since we could enjoy the waterfalls before the other tourist groups arrived there.

The rooms were simple but nice, it's family run so everything is kind of slow. The food was good. The reason of my rating is that I asked for laundry service within 1 day (the lady assured me it will be ready on time) and the morning of my departure my clothes were still wet, I had to fold them by myself 30min before the boat departure and then I realised that some of my clothes and underwears were missing! In the middle of a long trip it's really annoying.
This is a lovely Guesthouse with great views to the river and mountains. I slept like a baby every night. Ended up staying more days than previously planned.
Stayed in a nice bungalow with a hamock and beautiful river views. Loved laying in the hamock and relaxing there. More expensive than next door but still amazing value! Proper toilet and shower. Restaurant is very slow but nice river views also.

Great food! Be patient, they are doing their best. I loved the veggie lap (the lap style with no noodles which I preferred). The sticky rice was good and the ginger tea was super strong. The stir fried veggies were delicious too and they make a great banana smoothie. Lovely view and very sweet family run business.
