Update: I was hoping I could have updated my review but it has only gotten worse. Should be 0 stars. I was on vacation for the last 3 weeks and when I got back my son wanted Vinny's. Called and told them about my last issue and was basically told too late. (Sorry for going on vacation after the last incident).... Anyways, we ordered an XL pepperoni stuffed garlic butter crust pizza. Well guess what. No stuffed crust, hardly any sauce an over cooked for $25! It felt intentional as they laughed when picking it up. Such a terrible place with workers that don't care about the business. Very sad to hire people that treat a business and their customers this way. Never going back and I am 100% positive they don't care. Previous Post: Got the new Meatball Grinder and they they only put two meatballs on the entire sandwich. Two! For $10 you get two meatballs and the sandwich should hold at least four. We’ve ordered delivery from Vinny’s a couple times now and we have been satisfied on all occasions. We did have an issue on our last order where some items were missing and one was incorrect, but because it was through a third party I don’t know where the fault lies. I personally don’t ding stars for order issues through third party apps like Uber or Door Dash as the app will help resolve. The pizza crust is on the thinner side, but not crispy. You take a bite and don’t feel like you’re just eating bread with toppings, which I love. The crust was flavorful and the toppings tasted fresh. We got a classic pepperoni combo and a bbq-Hawaiian chicken pizza. I wouldn’t say it’s blow-your-socks-off good, but for NY pizza here on the west coast, definitely solid 4 stars. We have had the cinnamon sticks twice (second time we ordered s’mores but got the cinnamon instead), which are not our favorite. We find them very dry and lacking of flavor. We didn’t finish them both times. I had to mix up some butter with cinnamon sugar to get them to an enjoyable place. The icing served on the side is overly thick and too sweet. No one knows how to do the rewards or points along with my pizza sitting because they mest up the order. Because they are to busy letting their friends in the back. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!! My husband placed an order on October 2nd for a pizza and bread a little before 8pm online. After he arrived to the shop around 8:30 a worker told him to wait for a few and it would be out. After waiting for 15 minutes, a teenager who knew nothing, came out and told him that his order had been canceled because it was “too late”, when he asked if he was going to get a refund, they said it would happen tomorrow because the manager was already gone for the night. WHAT?!? So a couple days passed by and the money was still not refunded to his account. We called the restaurant back around 6:30 and another teenager answered the phone and said that the manager was not there because she got off at 7. I said , “Well that is a good thing it is 6:30”. After the kid realized he got caught in a lie, he said to wait and he would go talk to “someone”. When he came back to the phone he said he remembered the order and the refund would be processed by the next day. It has not been over 2 weeks and the money has never been refunded and we never got a call back or our food. These people are a bunch of scammers, that expect teenagers to run the store while they get off at 7pm. DO NOT ORDER FOOD ONLINE FROM HERE!!!! got some peperroni pizzas ,it was my first time going and i can honestly say the flavor was there, but the price i paid for it was just to much for what i got the amount of peperroni is just to little it barely had any, dont know if thats just how their made with so few or if it was just an error on someones part. I picked up around 5:30 PM, 9/19 and was met with incompetent customer service I asked if the cheesy bread came with marinara, and I was cut off with “it’s already in there”. It was my mistake to believe them, because it was NOT in the box. I also ordered blue cheese, but received ranch. No one has the time to turn around for sauces so you have to live with it and know you paid a ton for food and didn’t receive it properly. It just boggles the mind; it’s unbelievable how someone could not properly assist with something as simple as sauces. If the owner cared about their business, they would look into this blunder and check if it happens regularly. If something as simple as pulling sauces out a fridge has you cutting corners, what else are you phoning in? This is my first time ordering. Even with $10 first order coupon it came to almost $27 for this 18 inches Supreme Pizza and I am SOOOO sad that I got no olives, and only like a tablespoon of onion and green pepper. It's almost just a pepperoni pizza. Pizza tastes ok minus I didn't get what I ordered and paid extra for this kind of Pizza. So disappointing.
