Terrible customer service. She asked us what we wanted to drink, and i said bottled water then she said they don't have it and just stared at us not offering any other options. Most of the stuff we ate was either overcooked or undercooked. I would recommend Mcdonalds before I would recommend this place. My wife came from Asia and loves chinese food and eats from China Capital a lot but hated the food at New China. The restaurant is easy to miss. It is nestled in a strip of business that look like they should be stationary stores. Once you go inside, you'll see the long clean kitchen and several cooks making it all hot and fresh. Save yourself some exploration and stick to the regular dishes like General Tso Chicken, Fried Rice, Kung Pao, and soup... Which are all tasty and fresh. I called to place a take out order. This place is usually good. But this time the lady on the phone was acting like I was bothering her and had a nasty attitude. I asked for a egg roll with my lunch. Even was gonna pay extra but she kept demanding it doesn't come with it. I know that. I wanted to add one. I eventually cancelled my order and won't come back. This hole in wall place is GREAT!!!!! My picky self LOVED my food, especially the egg drop soup. I have found my place for real Chinese food. I don't mind driving the 30 minutes+ to get food from here. They don't have much room to sit & eat there. But there is a couple of tables, literally. This is the most consistently good food in Tupelo. I order from here all the time. They get my order right 100% of the time. The food is hot and delicious 100% of the time. I love getting the seafood combination lo mein, wonton soup, sweet donuts, and fried rice and the man who answers is always very friendly and always repeats my order ro make sure everything is right as well as the total cost and wait time

Really enjoy the orange chicken. Also making it spicy helps too. My wife will get the pepper chicken and it's really good as well. You get a huge portion of food for the cost. We also get some egg rolls and they always hit the spot. This is our go to for take out food. Since we don't really have anything in my area. So we will take a trip to tupelo and pick some up. I usually just order online and it's really simple to do and they always have my order ready and correct. Definitely worth trying out if you get a chance. I'm not sure if you can go dine in yet or not. But just pull and give them a call and they will bring your order out. So if your craving some Chinese give this place a try.
