As you can see all the reviews that people are not satisfied with your food. You guys have to make a huge change in your food and presentation. To start with my experience, eating the lunch packets from Nelum Kole is highly disappointing. The chicken fried rice had only 3 tiny/bite size pieces of fried chicken. And the potatoe pieces has gone bad already. The chicken fried rice was as if you have served left over. ordered two other rice and curry packet which was awful as well. Please improve your standards, if not your restaurant will have to be shut down soon, because if you maintain this kind of standards in cooking, you will have no customers in the future.

Is this Nelum kole food???? I ordered chicken rice & curry. But there was Only 1 inch chicken pees. Very bad. How called this Nelum kole food? Got only lunch sheet and paper wrapping. And potion is very small. I have to eat 2 parcels for my lunch. Very bad expirense. Dispointed... Please don't cheat and give fake idea for customers. Very bad so sad... 😞 I have aet so many nelum kole restaurants. But only this Kohuwala branch I got bad expirense like this. DISPOINTED

t daylight robbery at its finest. Here's what they call a chicken rice and curry. 95% chicken bone (rib) with 5% meat not enough for even 2 mouthfuls.

This is completely white rice only. Not mixed rice. Because there is no chicken, only bones. No seafood, no eggs, just five small round sausage pieces. How do people eat such food? It is not good to make money by cheating!! Really disappointed, I will never order anything from here. 🤮🥴

Not even deserving the one star I have given them. I felt like they just want to earn money by giving rubbish to people. Ordered lunch today from them through Uber. It was horrible. Keep in your mind the food you prepare goes to the body of another human being. Earn money doing the right thing. Will never ever order again and recommend to anyone.

I ordered a chicken rice and curry via uber this afternoon. You guys have served rice into 'nelum kole' and the other curries into 'gok kole' and the super cool thing is how did you guys know that I've a dog in my house? I asked this because you guys have served a chicken piece with 10% of meat and the 90% of the bone in it. So I thought that was for my dog. Anyway thanks a lot to leading people to prepare their lunch by themselves at home rather get having lunch from outside.

I ordered through Uber eats and the food was ridiculous. Food is not tasty and not at all quality for the price charged. Rice was over cooked with clumps and chicken was such a small piece in rice and curry packet.

Ordered via uber eats today evening. Worst experience ever. Please make sure your food items are well prepared hereafter. It will be better for you if you can employ a better chef who can atleast make a simple dhal curry 🤦
