absolutely awful. orders 3 bowls and not one of them was correct. our mango bowl was supposed to have acai base and it didn’t because they “ran out” and NO one gave us a call about it. then two of our berry bowls has NO strawberries because they ran out. and again NO PHONE CALL. instead they put 5 blueberries. and 4 bananas. i got a refund and in no way did they try and compensate or were even apologetic of there doings. will never be going here again.

Walked in here looking for a smoothie or refreshing drink. Ordered an almond and date smoothie. Cashier was friendly. I get this smoothie and it tastes like watered down almond and date chunks. Cashier made the drink pretty quick, so I'm wandering if this was an issue of not letting it blend enough. This place might want to revisit it's recipes. I love the freshness of Nekter juices. The customer service is excellent. Plus the app makes it super easy to order ahead and pick up. I just wish there was one close to me. Addy was amazing. Such an amazing spirit and she made my order extra good. She told upfront that they were light on some ingredients but accommodated the inconvenience. Just a sweet person. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bathroom was gross. The toilet paper rolls had blood and brown stains on the sides. There was blood drops on the floor and no soap. Employees probably don't wash their hands. Ended up not drinking 2 smoothies which cost $21.50 plus $3.50 tip. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

They never open on time. Half of the occasion where I walked in their equipment is broken and cannot make half of the items on their menu. What is up with customer service nowadays? Lets just say that I never leave reviews but I feel like this should be addressed. I ordered a smoothie via app and when I picked up my order I was greeted with the worst attitude I have ever experienced. The guy up front handed me my smoothie without saying one word and a scowl on his face. No hello or anything. We all go to work and should treat others with respect. A simple smile or hello would of made a huge difference but instead It made me feel like my business was unwanted. That will be the last time for me. Horrible!!!

Thought I'd get a smoothie after leaving the gym in the same shopping plaza, got there at 6:50pm with 10 minutes to spare but door was already locked and staff says they're closed. I understand everyone wants to go home and wants to do closing duties early but I believe that if a business says they're open until a certain time, their doors should remain open until that said time. Pretty bummed.

i don’t recommend. walked in happy, walked out sad. amie wrung me up and literally wouldn’t make eye contact, refused to answer any questions. i was the only one in this shop and when my order was ready they said nothing - i just happened to look up and see my açaí bowl on the counter. bad vibes all around.

Every time I go during the week after 5 the same kid is there and makes the worst protein shakes. No flavor. He gets angry if I say anything. Too expensive for bad drinks. He needs training
