Nando never disappoint , their chicken is so tender and tasty. If they put more effort into the side dishes, they will be more successful. The fries are not too good? I went to go for a late lunch with my partner, and I thought we would try Nando's as the other restaurants in the area were in this crossover period between lunch and dinner. We went in, grabbed some seats, and did their order over the phone online. The food took over 20 minutes to come out. They'd mixed up the meals and forgotten my drink, so we had to re-arrange them ourselves, which was fine. My partner's burger was cold, so I went up to the counter and explained to them exactly that. The man on the counter replied, "So what would you like me to do about it?" with an attitude. He then asked me if I'd like a new one or heated up, we had the burger returned to us with no apology given. This restaurant was infested with birds galore, chirping and nesting in the ceiling beams, flying in and out of the restaurant as they knew the way in and out. As we ate our lunch, we watched them pick at food that hadn't been taken away. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. This restaurant should be reported to the Ministry. We went here a couple times and the first time we stood around waiting to be seated (we’re from the UK and usually get seated) but never got seen to so seated ourselves. The second time we went we were seen to straight away and seated by a really nice staff member, so we think the first time was a one off. The service is okay but we had to ask for our drinks when ordering online both times but food came out quickly and there were no problems there. The quality of the chicken was really good and it wasn’t ever overcooked. The rice and garlic bread were also perfect. The chips were the only slight downfall as they way too salty for us. It still didn’t put us off though as everything else was so good. At such a great price compared to everything else in the area it’s a good meal out without high spending. The most disgusting Nando’s we have ever had and I asked for tenders they cut the chicken burgers to make it tenders who on earth does that ? They thought about us we are from different city and last year we been there the food was amazing but this time horrible uncooked food could clearly see the chicken wasn’t cooked I’m more than happy to meet whoever wants to explain it is this how people cook chicken like that ? We ordered through the app and took a while for food to arrive even though it wasn't very busy. The burger was cold so had to get them to heat it up in the microwave. The atmosphere was nice in general, but sparrows were so at home it looked like they were ready to roost inside. Feeding off the tables that had not been cleaned throughout the entire hour we were there. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I recently dined at Nando's, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The flavorful peri-peri chicken was perfectly cooked, and the variety of sauces added an exciting twist. The highlight, however, was the excellent service provided by the Indian manager. Their warmth and attentiveness made the dining experience truly memorable. 19/12 - We were looking forward to dinner only to be told they had run out of whole pieces of chicken (?!) and that it was a 30 min wait for thighs (?!) staff looked stretched and frenzied - never experienced this at a Nando’s before :/ 20/12 - We went back today and there was a change in staff. Chicken was on the menu ! The food was delicious! It did take 30 mins to come - owners must realise that this restaurant is massively understaffed - if this is fixed this place would be great ! Even one more person would make a massive difference on shifts — tables remain uncleared due to staff being so busy. It’s a shame !
