I have been to Nando’s many time before but yesterday they were the worst. Their signature Espatada was so awful, they used some sort of old stored chicken which was so rubbery, tasteless and wasn’t up to their standards.
Rest the peri peri bites and the Whole chicken was Ok.

Worst Experience. Peri Peri Chicken was bad. Espetada Carnival was a little better but not good. Sides were just pathetic..
Spicy Rice were just plain yellow rice with not even salt in it let alone the spices...
On the name of Garlic Bread, they just took a burger bun and toasted it with butter..
Coleslaw was so bad.. Gave me Wedges instead of Veggies.. Didn't have smashed potatoes available.

Food is impressive but it was the attitude of the staff that we loved the most.
From the second you enter Nando’s, there is a positive vibe. Everyone greets you and offers their help.
Ambiance is perfect. We went on a cloudy afternoon and it was epic sitting next to a wall sized window.
They offered us to visit their kitchen.
Kitchen itself was half open.
We ordered pretty much half

I just hope they expand their menu.

Hummus with Pita
Everything was quite Up to the mark, especially the staff was amazing.
They were guiding very well about the options and treated us in a very respectable manner throughout from entering to order taking to order serving to bill processing.
Food quality was superb, especially their peri peri chicken and butterfly chicken. Cheese carnival burgers were also fine but their specialty is peri Peri chicken.
Finally, their chocolate cake was superb and even much better than Layers.
Must try in Islamabad at F6 branch.
