Last night our food was brought to the table by Smangele, she had the vroadest smile, jovial attitude and warm nature. Kind and caring towards too. She was wonderful and should be trying the front of house staff. Please pass on the compliments, we will be back because of her. You can never be disappointed with a good old Nando’s, so a bunch of us went to this branch. The food was on point and the place was friendly. The service was decent too. After a long day of sightseeing and beach walking its always good to finish on a Nando’s note! At least you know what to expect when you turn up to a Nando’s

This branch should be shut down!!! Twice now we have ordered online and had no show deliveries!!! This after our last interaction with a complaint was a warm in a salad ordered with and expired salad delivered, they were even too lazy to remove the expiry for delivering. Orders are always wrong and they never give you added protein when ordered!! If u try order pretender options no one knows what you talking about. This branch will be the downfall to this brand! I was very disappointed with both the service and the food. We waited over an hour for our food on Saturday evening 20th April. When the order eventually arrived it was cold and incomplete ! On speaking to the African lady manager, she was very abrupt and unhelpful. Her excuse was they were supposed to close but got busy and were trying to serve everyone ! As the food was inedible and it was now after 10pm, we requested a refund. Several other patrons also requested refunds and left. We will never be patrons of Nandos Dbn North again.

Disappointing branch I ordered Avo Halloumi boujee bowl, the veggie pattie was actually burnt and was still served in my plate. My order took more than 25mins to arrive, I had to grab the attention of the waitress then only was my food brought to me! They paid more attention to their takeout orders then for the customers sitting in. I would not be visiting this branch again. Worst experience ever .We ordered our meal and garlic rolls ,the brought the chicken and didn't put the garlic rolls through. The chicken was ice cold 2 or 3 request for the rolls eventually when they did bring it all the food was cold.Requested for food to be warmed took so long to warm.Orderd 5 roses tea with milk they brought rooi boos with no milk service was horrible. I will never go back
