The place was amazing. The service was excellent, with the cashier being patient and extremely helpful with my order. However, we waited for too long for the food to arrive. The food was good but I didn't enjoy the cheese sauce, I ordered a burger. I can not remember the name of the burger. The chips also weren't up to Nando's standard that I am used to. Nandos was 1 of a very few fast food places that were open on Christmas day. It was so full, the service was obviously slower than on a normal day due to the foot traffic, but that was understandable. Their food was still amazing. They sadly didn't have chips, but once again I forgive them for that cause their rice was very nice. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person R 200–250 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

After collecting our oder and driving to the B&B we discovered that one item wasn't packed in. My shawarma was on diet. I needed a mining licence to go down into the pita to find any filling. This is very disappointing as before Nandos pitas/shawarmas were always very full and worth its price. Sadly it seems no more. The upside is when we went back to show the mistake it was rectified promptly. So kudos for rectifying. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Why do I bother, asked the lady nicely after receiving my take away order from her tonight, did you put take away forks in for the salad to share and salt and pepper, which she acknowledge she did! Super bad service! Order 233 Service: 1

Staff friendly, service not so good. The staff does not double check what they give to customers, if the customer decides to trust them u re bound to have some of what u paid for left in store. I have left my anned cappy twice and chips 🍟 twice. And could not get them due to lack of the slip. So I'm not happy at all with that. The atmosphere is not so great and environment managers must sort out the general waste bin it makes the whole place look dirty Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Look guys have been eating Nandos for many years. I usually visit this branch weekly. I love Nandos. I ordered wings and chips tonight. Wings were really tiny. Where as one of the male waiters passed me with the same plate for his dinner and they were double sized.🤔 Isn't it the customers keeping the business alive? Look no offence I grant him the meal know they are hard working. Table want cleaned as well. Toilets are in a ridiculous poor condition. Water on the urinal leaking for 5 weeks continuously now.
