I’ve been told that I needed to visit Mughal Palace so many times, so I know their food is amazing. What my boyfriend and I just experienced from their customer service, though, was incredible. On our way up to the Augusta area, we called ahead to order three dinners. Barely 10 minutes later our car starting giving us problems, forcing us off the highway. I called Mughal Palace to give them a heads up that we’d be late because I thought it might be a quick fix (they had already started the order so we didn’t want to cancel). When it became obvious that we weren’t going to make it, my boyfriend called to cancel the order. We felt SO bad ordering so much food that we weren’t going to pick up, but instead of expressing his frustration, the lovely man on the phone offered to deliver us the food- a 40 minute drive!! He was so sweet and understanding; we couldn’t believe it. Thank you so much! You made a hard night a little easier!! Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Service: 5

Ordered for the first time here today and it is amazing! Didn’t know what to expect as we have disliked the other local places since they were “Americanized”, however, this place exceeded expectations. Highly highly highly recommend the muttar paneer and garlic naan. 🤤🤤 they also did a phenomenal job accommodating my nut allergy! Expectation at this place is higher than I imagined. I have been coming to Augusta area for a while now. First time I tried indian here. Since there aren't lot of Indians around, I Imigned food will not have the same taste. But I went there regardless. I gotta say. Every time I will be in augusta. My everyday dinner will be here.
