I spent several hours here over the busy December period and would like to thank Aria and the rest of the team for their excellent service and for making me feel relaxed and welcome. I actually didn't eat anything, but I see you have replied to say you're glad I enjoyed the delicious food. I was actually complimenting you on the team who work in the restaurant. The people. Never had a "great" experience here but this time no aircons inside and the cooling fans didn't work properly splashing water all over the place and we had to request that they please fill them up with water and some ice to function. Two of our dishes we had to change due to unavailability after we placed order already. Otherwise our waiter was great and looked well after us and It should be looked a bit higher up for stock and ensuring shop running top notch and its a busy time of there year at the airport. Can get a lot busier there are a lot of people living around that don't want to travel to big malls for a nice meal and if there's good food good service and great reviews they Will come! Takes forever to be served. Did not have coke zero, did not have ice coffee and didn't have any milkshake. Would not recommend this place. Gives the airport a bad name. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Mugg and Bean at airport is really not one of my favourite places to visit. Service from the waiters is extremely slow. If you go there be prepared to wait. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I had a such a great experience at this Mugg & Bean. The service excellent and very quick. The restaurant is situated right next to the checking gates.

I had the most horrible service this morning. A waiter with short blonde hair served me coffee, I waited 45 min for a bill, eventually she brought it and just left it on the table to continue serving other customers who came after me. I waited for and 30 min until one waiter with a card Machine was assisting clients next to my table. I called him to assist paying the bill. Wifi was bad infact horrible but they lady serving me was the best atleast that's something to take home❤️❤️I enjoyed even the view
