Dear Mr Baker team,
Kindly train ur staffs some manners before deploying them on ur outlets as we r coming to get a cake for happy occasions and not for funerals , just now experienced such low class attitude from one of your staff named Nina from farwaniya branch, her facial expressions and that loud answers made me feel like am getting the cake for free.
And also didn’t even show the manners that they are unable to provide a receipt without informing.
Expecting some more class from ur staffs same as your product quality.

Best one in Farwaniya. Located at Farwaniya entrance. Has big parking area behind it. Has a bus stop near it. Best service.

Farwaniya Mr Baker staff's (phill ladies) are showing really bad attitude, literally shouting at us. This is not the 1st time, we jus got out from there bcos of their arrogant character towards customers. It's only the quality of the your products we are there.

Today we had gone to Mr Baker Farwaniya...Staff working behaved very bad.. They are getting angry so fast and keeping on commenting against customers in their language .. So bad in customer service . Don't feel like visiting the place again.Please treat all as customers...Don't see the difference like expats and nationals..All are human.👍

It's one of the very few pastry shops in Kuwait, who's pastries, chocolates and sweets are really very much delicious, tasty and nicely presented. Every item has their own taste, verities are very much attractive to choose for customers. Always get fresh one for that day.

Location is very convenient but varieties of cakes and pastries available is low. Customer service needs lot of improvement, they're not helpful and sound annoyed most of the time. Sometimes they themselves have no clue what is size of the Chocolate ganache cake, which is possibly the most popular mr baker cake. So be careful, they may charge price of medium cake when they actually give you small cake.

Phillipinos working here very bad.. They gets angry so fast and keep on commenting against customers in their language .. So bad in customer service . Don't want to step in to this location again ... ( Near Metro Clinic) . They even greet and welcome only Arabs..😢

No 1 desserts shop in Kuwait. They have the best cakes and sweets. My favorite!
