It's been such a long while since we revisited Morganfield's, and since it was Christmas Eve, we wanted a festivity ambience to go with lunch. The ribs are still excellent, although we found its size to be smaller than last. Anyway overall,it was an enjoyable meal, and we will definitely return again.

There were hits n misses with the menu. Coming from a restaurant specialising in pork ribs... it's odd that I find it rather mediocre. The lamb however was charred perfectly, and we personally like the chicken on the platter as well.
4pax. Came here for dinner and ordered 1 Mushroom Truffle Soup, 3 Soup of the day, Garlic Bread, Jack Daniel's Baby Ribs and Pork Quesadillas.
Mushroom Truffle: Soup is bland, even though it's mushroom with truffle oil, I think they forgot to add salt.
Soup of the day: Seafood Chowder with mostly potatoes to be found, really not worth it.
Jack Daniel's Baby Ribs: No taste of Jack Daniel's, even though rib is tender but not enough sauce. The ribs is not very fresh as there is a stinky after taste.
Pork Quesadillas: Filling lack of sauce and the taste is nothing to shout about.
The only thing that's good is the potato wedges that comes as the sides and the Garlic Bread
Service: They have adopted the self service of the scan and order from phone. So they don't need so many ppl. 2 person serving everyone and have to handle the bar and clean the place. Not the best service but I don't blame her as she is trying her best to do her job.
Such a disappointment for the price you pay and you get this kind of food quality. The place is actually quite empty on a Friday night, don't know how long they will survive.

Arrived 2.40pm. Ordered 2.50pm. Food arrived 4pm. Service very bad. Very slow. Table was sticky and oily. Ribs served touching the table. Ribs was tender and juicy. Unfortunately it was bland. Only the top where it have sauce have taste. Inside was bland. Not well marinated. Food and service below expectation. Bottomless drink not refilled promptly.

But this branch don't go for the ribs. It's super meh. Friend ordered back rub or something it's tasteless and basically ribs here ain't easy to chew on.
It's getting a 3 star cause of the salted egg wings is super good super crispy and tastefully salted egg.
Always hitting with the 16% charges is so unnecessary with average service. It's not bad service but the surcharge is unnecessary.
They got Somerset beer here FYI compare to other branch.
First time here yesterday for anniversary celebration. Order via hp after scan QR code. There was some confusion due to some drinks were not available. Overall the food was good, ordered for 8 pax and there were still leftovers. Would advice patrons to check with the waiters if your order takes too long in case they forget. Will return again.
Love the environment here, nice view by the glass windows.
Food is as usually good, friendly services too.
Have a good variety of lunch sets, pork is their signature.
