The Taro ice-cream was really good! Though I thought the matcha latte was too sweet. I think the sweetness should be toned down and maybe use sugar syrup instead of the granules.

Ice cream, taro cheese cake and taro matcha late are superb !!!!
However, we were absolutely stunned when we asked one of the staffs to take photos for us, he gave us attitude big time. ( he did it when we first requested).
We are not the type of women who randomly take photos without a a special occasion. It was my friend’s birthday and we wanted to keep it in memories as Moo is our favourite place. Plus, he was just standing and doing nothing. It was not busy at all !
Apart from this poor behaviour, everyone else was nice, friendly, and very helpful. The guy who made coffee also offered my friend coffee for a replacement of bobba taro that tasted a bit off.

I finally got to try Moo Milk Bat on a recent trip to Kuwait. Been following them on Instagram for a while now. I was really excited and I wanted to like this place, but I ended up loving it. Tried samples of the four flavors they had that day, they were all delicious. But I had to make a choice, so I took the sea salt vanilla in a black cone with roasted marshmallow and the cereal milk in a fish cone. Delicious does not do it justice. Sea salt vanilla is my new favorite flavor of ice cream.

Loved the new interior. Didn’t like taro cheesecake that much. it is little bit high in price. Matcha was not bad, taro latte tasted like spanish latte.

What would I say...?!
The employees wasn't that patient. Although I didn't asked for much, I was just asking about the procedures they were not helpful at all.
The prices was too high, not worth it at all.
The flavors was unique, but not that special.
Loved the decoration not the service.
I could advice the owners too satisfy the customers first, answer what they ask for. Train the employees to behave well with their customers, cause I saw in the eyes of those customers of yours.

Foods are very nice. I love everything but the service quite disappointed. I asked staff to take a picture for me but he gave me such a attitude.

Not your typical ice cream shop, with the cozy, clean and posh setup and yummy ice cream!
They have few selections of soft serve with super nice names (We tried the Holy fraise). Served with your choice of cones. A great place to brighten up your day.

Decoration is fine, but very limited flavors of the ice cream and same for toppings. The people working there seems not interested in costumers satisfaction, they looked bored from working !
The price is high and the cookie cup is very difficult to eat, So you’ll be paying for nothing. Very disappointed and definitely not coming back!
A serious evaluation is needed for this shop.
