The pizza was delicious, and the cook was perfect with the topping amounts. We were a party of 15, so there were several different types of pizza. All of them looked delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The pizzas were all brought out together. I placed an order for pick up. They realized they sent me home with the wrong pizza. They called me and said they were going to make me the correct pizza and deliver it to me, even though I live 15 miles away, in a different town. They provided outstanding customer service and the pizza was delicious as always! Food: 5 Service: 5

I had a wonderful experience today. Went in just after the lunch crowd left. Ordered my favorite personal pleaser. I really liked the vibe as I could see the kitchen from where I was sitting. Monicals is a local favorite, however our experience was borderline inedible. Salad had random black/brown pieces of lettuce to pick out, after eating a couple missed ones lost my appetite for salad, but hey there's pizza coming! Pizza arrived, albeit undercooked. After eating the outer pieces (which appeared to be done, yet not at all crispy) revealing the inner ones that were obviously barely cooked, rubbery slimy crust. By then we'd lost our appetite for good. Too many better options in town for pizza to even consider Monicals.
