My second time to this restaurant. I will have to say the quality is decent as it’s quite hard to find good quality Japanese food in Muar. It was full for a Thursday evening despite it being a bit further out of town. Had a QR code ordering system which was convenient. Even if the website wasn’t the most convenient. Price is rather steep as it will cost RM30-50 per pax depending on what you order. The first 3 dishes came super fast, literally right after ordering but the last two took longer as they started service other tables. Ordered - spicy tuna inari which tasted like the Ayam brand chilli tuna so it was disappointing - mentaiko “shake” , never quite figured out why they call or shake rather than salmon but maybe to indicate it’s wild-caught? . The portion is quite small but for the price I guess it’s reasonable - buta shogayaki - was okay, nothing special. Had to add chilli powder for more taste - Ika Karaage - good amount of batter and chewiness so squid was not stale - spicy tori mango haru maki - the maki fell the moment we took a piece. Generous Portion of chicken and mango. Chicken was a bit too hard though and the sauce was way too much and overpowered the taste of the mango. Quite a decent selection of food. Best Japanese sashimi in Muar! Never had raw prawn and fish liver but it was so fresh and tasty ! No words, great experience and hope to see this place thrive. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Food was okay, but the handroll fillings to be improve, quite little for the price. Edit ** 1. After their shop expansion, the food is even more expensive. The price is comparable to KL’s mid-high end Japanese restaurant. 2. Very slow food serving. We’re the only table in restaurant, waited for more than 30mins for handrollls and sushi. 3. Bad staff attitude, playing and talk loudly near their food serving counter. 4. And “Picture is for Illustration only” it’s true at this shop, pictures in menu is really for illustrations and show only. Totally different from what they served!

Waiters keep chatting, chatting for their life. Are they really a waiter??? They like not came for work they are came for a show or something. When u call them they don't even notice keep chatting, and then u need to like hello ask them to come here for doing something. Is very hard to ask them to do something. Super low service. And they give me faces doesn't mean i wear normal so that they can treat me like this. I tell her that my water is finished She does not even look at it and keep giving me faces. Please train their skills and their ATTITUDE it is so rude to see such a waiter treating their customer like that.
