Bought a $399 lawn mower with accessories yesterday morning at the Mov Store and asked to have it delivered to my home. That was ok. I waited almost half a day and still no delivery. So I called them up around 4-30 pm to see if the mower was going to be delivered and oh my gosh. Sorry we forgot but we will get on to it asap. The young gentle men who delivered it was so apologetic and mentioned he had not been told there was a delivery to be made till I called. I thanked him and he left. 5mins later me and my cousin opened the box. However, when assembling my brand-new mower we found that it has 2 crucial missing pieces. Part of the handle was missing. Shocked and angry I decided I'm going to pay you a visit today. With photo evidence to show you what's missing. My question to you is " Do you not CHECK your merchandise before it leaves the store " ???. Had you done that you would not have had this sad review.

Loved going into Mitre10, got my vege plants for my garden, the shop is well stocked with everything. The staff were really helpful, and heaps of parking outside. I wish I had more coin lol cos I'd find more stuff to buy. More vege plants for my garden that would be awesome

I choose not to shop here anymore as everytime I did I would be followed around by the staff. I have never shop lifted in my life and I'm friendly. Staff are also rude.
