We order from here about 3-4 times a month. In the last 5 months I’ve had at least 5 orders messed up. Wrong pizzas more than once, asked for side salad with a sandwich and got charged for the salad and fries then when credited the fries they put a $1 on there. Whenever they messed up the pizza orders Larry?? has always made it right and I appreciate that but I just don’t get how it keeps happening. Today I asked for extra peppers on my salad and sure enough, 2 peppers is all there was. These little things add up and it’s just not what we expect from Minskys. The metcalf Minsky is closer to our house and we prefer there but because my husband works near this one just grabs it on the way home.
