I love this place!! I always get the Milk and Honey which is smooth and tasty and not too sweet or sugary! They have a lot of unique coffee drinks in their menu. The employees have always been very polite and sweet to me. They are getting to know me as a regular now! They’ve also always given me speedy service! Food: 5 Service: 5

Milk & Honey in Hayden is usually good. THIS ONE IS THE WORST RAN COFFEE STAN I’VE EVER SEEN! Owner clearly doesn’t know how to operate. Waited 15 min with only 3 cars in front of us…no menus in sight UNTIL you get to window and can hardly see it, and then the soda menu(half of what’s up there) isn’t even served anymore. My drink was a 12oz hot and maybe about 5 OZ was liquid, the rest foam..there is now way the person who made it didn’t know. You see a HUGE lack of caring from the workers which clearly starts from the owner…North Idaho is the capital of coffee stands, DO BETTER!! Picture is how empty my cup was. For $5 plus tip for them just doing there job, complete rip off! Not worth waiting 20 min in line to get a new one. Service: 1

Great drinks and prices! Only issue is that they are very very slow. For a coffee stand I’d expect speed to be something important but when going here budget extra time! Even with just one car in front of me I have spent 10 minutes waiting! So if you have time to wait, it’s a good stop!

Both the Hayden and post falls location are great. I’ve never had one wrong drink and when I want to try something new they are great at making up surprises. The lemon zest latte is my favorite and The kids love the cotton candy blended lemonade. I will say Dutch bros turned me away from ever drinking coffee again for years. Milk and honey is the literal reason I started drinking coffee again. I can’t even make it this good at home. I appreciate the loyalty punch cards and the friendliness of staff. Prices are reasonable too. Very impressed. The only thing I would recommend is placing the menus on the front and back of the building too or putting a stand up one if possible. We can’t see the menu until we are already up there and it slows down the line if someone wants to try something new or hasn’t been there and needs to see what you have. When I first started going there I didn’t know what you had and I got anxiety not wanting to hold people up in line cause I take a while to figure out what I want sometimes until I pick a favorite. I couldn’t see the menu in line from where I was until i was up next. so I found the menu online someone had posted but that’s just some thing I thought I’d throw out there that I think would be beneficial to the business. I just discovered Milk & Honey when looking for a drive-thru that had organic coffee a few months ago. My little punch card says I've already purchased 40 items so far in about 3 months. I love the coffee and tea. I also ordered the breakfast burrito once--wow! It was amazing. (Freshly made, I'm told). I have had a great experience each time I've been there, except for three occasions where the server was rude. For this reason I give "service" a 4 star. Food gets a 5 star. And I give "atmosphere" a 3 star because of the extremely short shorts some of the girls wear. I have appreciated the service and food/drink items greatly though, as well as the service from most of the staff. Been through a few times already after finding them while running errands. Everyone is so nice and helpful! The breakfast bagels are really good and the coffee has not disappointed! I love this place! They have a higher quality coffee and food than almost anyone else out here, but their prices are lower than any of the coffee chains. I recommend all their signature drinks, and if you are dairy free you HAVE to try their vegan cream cheese 😍

Not even a one start review I ordered my a bagel and coffee and they gave me a cheddar bagel not what I asked for! I told them I am unable to eat that and they said they cannot refund me for whatever reason. The girl who was probably 16 didn’t even tell me my total and rushed me to order. I also heard her tell her co worker no more food orders because they close in one hour…wow some customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this coffee shop also they take a long time to make your drinks there’s more socializing that working. I’m pretty disappointed I used to get drinks from this shop a few times a week. Bummer.
