We waited over a half hour to receive water and chips and salsa. After another half an hour, a server came over and did not apologize for our wait. Our checks were wrong as they could not account for our happy hour margaritas. Our friend did not order one, yet a comp got taken off of her bill. When confronted, they said this is the only way they could do it. Terrible service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There is a reason this place is always empty. The owners and manager are so rude! I orderd with a BOGO coupon and was quoted over the phone a total of $16.91. When I got to the restuarant they told me it was for dine in only and tried to charge me full price. Which was $32 something. I spoke to the manager and she was very crabby and told me if i didnt pay the full amount then the very nice gentlemen up front would have to pay for it. That's absurd and an awful way to treat employees and customers! I will never eat here again! Edit response: My mistake the manager made it seem like she was the owner. By the way the guy up front was great customer service. He should be your manager.

First and last time I will be eating here. I asked her if the birria tacos were crunchy while ordering because I prefer soft and when she brought the plate they were crunchy and the rice and beans were cold. I told the waitress the food was cold she took the plate and brought it back it was exactly the same. The meat was flavorless, the enchilada sauce tasted like pizza sauce, plates are just way overpriced for what they are offering.The only time the waitress checked on was to bring us the bill, do not recommend eating here at all!! The food was very bland. I ended up adding salt to the salsa to give it some flavor. The chicken and beef tasted funky and the chorizo had no flavor. Both the red and green enchilada sauces tasted nothing like what I have ever had before. Our waitress was sweet but was brand new so she wasn't very knowledgeable about the menu. We arrived as a party of 7 (two being young kids). Multiple multiple open clean tables were available, they chose to clean a very dirty table for us. Barely wiped it off, had to ask for it to be cleaned better. The floor had a plethora of food on it. One of our entrees was incorrect. The food was average in flavor. A 20% tip was automatically added to our bill (we don’t remember seeing that rule on the menu) and when we paid in cash, the waitress asked if we needed change. We stopped in for dinner and had a great experience. I got the quesadilla and it was perfect and very filling. Our server was Ashley and she was very nice and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I was a little skeptical of coming here due to the reviews, but I'm glad I came, because the food was delicious. The exterior isn't the prettiest thing to look at since the strip mall isn't relatively new-looking, but the interior is rather nice, albeit rather dark while eating. The corrugated metal paneling on the walls is not my favorite, but I really like how the interior looks overall. For starters on the food, the salsa that came with the chips had a nice, savory tomato flavor. It was a nice little appetizer before the main course. I ordered the birria tacos for lunch. I've had birria tacos before, and with that being said, these are pretty far up there. To me, birria has to have an intensely rich, beefy, umami flavor as soon as the smell hits your nose, and it did not fall short of that at all! I was very pleased with how it turned out. I just wish that I ordered more, because it was gone within minutes. If you don't know what to order, get the birria tacos.
