One hundy we b back here! Easy spot for Rudy. Even though I jumped the gun, and went in to order, Mr Mexico obliged and took my order instead of ushering me away back to our table to wait for service. What seemed like minutes later our meals started arriving. Followed expertly by the “how is everything” happiness check. Then table cleared and further follow up. The best thing, the most crucial thing, the thing that we go for: the food was….outstanding. Fresh. Flavourful. Inventive. Thank you Mexico, we’ll be back! I had the beef cheek and duck tacos and they were amazing, also had a quesadilla guacamole and some other entree and everything was absolutely amazing, so tasty and with all the right sauces, the guacamole was made to perfection with the right amount of lime and seasoning. Was good to have a taco where the protein was the star of the show just like you will get in Mexico . I will definitely be back next time I'm visiting the Mt. Well done crew. Oh and amazing service also.

My partner and I went to Mexico Bay fair today and were pleasantly surprised. The customer service was nice, lots of seating. We ordered the degustacion which was only $20 each and came with a Taco, fried chicken, guacamole and totopa. Also came with a house soda. We decided to go for the fish and chicken taco. I would get the chicken again in a heartbeat! The fish on the other hand was alright, I would recommend having the Baja sauce as a side to dip otherwise it runs down your hands. The fried chicken was amazing as well as the sauces. Please put more syrup in the house soda! Would definitely return again!

The food was ok and it was fast (630pm) but we were very uninspired by the small selection on the menu and were left wanting more due to the small size of the meals. The watermelon high cocktail was lovely, but the take on a piña colada was like children's lollies. Not a fan. Much prefer burrito brothers sorry guys

Me & my partner came to this restaurant (unreserved) to try out a new style of food and we were not disappointed. Right from when we walked we were met with a enthusiastic man that led us to our table and gave us great service the entire time. We got the $40pp service and definitely got our moneys worth, the food was filling and blew my partner and i away, my favourite was the guacamole. Mexico is one of the best tasting Mexican food places around Love the menu, but i wish they had more vegan options 🌱 Very kid friendly with a special kid menu and entertainment I had $20 lunch special that included 2 tacos and a house soda, fair price! Also ordered the new little island ice cream desert, which took a very long time to make, but was very very good

Disappointing experience. Mexico has always been my favorite Mexican restaurant, as I was a big fan of the establishments up in Auckland. However, this Mexico was nothing like those and completely lacked in atmosphere, lighting, customer type and vibe. This was more of an informal family friendly version with the same menu. Food was good, albeit overpriced, and margaritas were not up to the standards we'd usually see at Mexico. Seating was quite simplistic and uncomfortable, and I was very disappointed to see a lack of hot sauces selection on the tables like other restaurants have. I came here expecting an experience and left feeling pretty let down. If you want a good Mexican dining experience, please try their other restaurants and not this mall-curated mess. Beef nachos.... The 2 tablespoons of mince hardly qualify to call this dish, beef anything. The whole dish was a mess of old lettuce, mashed avo, a little tomato and jalapenos with hardly any beef to mention. The waiter was rude and announced the arrival of the nachos by clanging the tin plates on the table as it was shoved there without a word. Small man who served us, get some manners!!!! Went out for dinner here after seeing everywhere else was packed up, they had a table for us. Service was lovely and welcoming. Food was great!
