On my previous review I was not satisfied with the customer service and general atmosphere for my last visit.
They reached out to me and also to my husband. Discussing each point I mentioned, promising for improvement and assuring us that my feedback was taking seriously. That showed me clearly how important the customer is to the business therefore I feel welcomed and valued. Will definitely visit again and recommend this place.
Elegant interior design, impressive music playlist and great menu.
Staff needs training to cater 30 people group or not take reservations. Ribeye steak highly not recommended, asked medium and got well done. Mashed potatoes along with it were cold. Had to order twice for water as the first waiter forgot. Same with the bill, first waiter forgot.

One of the most elegant and unique places in khobar.
It's located in Sofitel Hotel cornich.
Reservation is required.
Tawaklna and temperature checking is mandatory.
That being said, everything there is just amazing.
The ambiance, the atmosphere, the staff and the food.
Prices are by far very reasonable compared to the quality, the hospitality and most definitely being located in a 5 star hotel.
They offer celebration packages which i used to celebrate my anniversary, it cost only 300 riyals including drinks flowers balloons candles a big cake and a song of your choice which they present very elegantly, you will really get yoyr money worth.
It was a very nice experience and definitely we'll visit the place regularly starting now.

Cofee and fresh juices were very good, but the shisha was average. The attitude of the staff needs a lot of improvement. I wanted to get food, but it was after 8 PM on a Thursday night when they had a live show and some "package" to go with that. Specifically, they charge 180 SAR per person for food+ a drink or Shisha+a drink (the ladder does not even make sense). I agreed to go for the first option only to be approached by one of the staff members saying that they only have tables set up for 2 people in the room with the live performance and asked me to move to the terrace or pay 2 packages. I told him that his request was absurd and that I would not pay 360 SAR for finger food, a Shisha, and 2 drinks. I asked him to set up a table for one, and he refused. I even mentioned that I am a guest at the hotel where their location is, and he did not care. In conclusion, it is a nice place to get Shisha and drinks during the day, expensive and not worth it during the night, especially if you go alone.

Pretty nice lounge. Really recommed it specifically the outside Lounge in the winter where the ceiling can be remotely controlled to be opened. The atmosphere was chill. Nice service. In weekend its good to have a reservation to ensure a seat. Yes the place has glass walls but the view is not interesting at all. Lastly since its in hotel its expensive but not expensive comparing to other fancy hotels. In short chilling place but expensive.
Although very nicely decorated and very glam,they have a stage for performances and a red tree shooting out in the middle of the dining area,the seating is not comfortable at all,the food is mixed. We ordered quinoa salad which was a huge portion,worth the price and it was delicious. However the pepperoni pizza we ordered was very miserly with the pepperoni itself being only one on every slice. It tasted ok but I wouldn't go there again,atleast not for the pizza. The sheesha we got was nakhla dbl apple,which was a bit heavy on the throat but ok. The only thing I truly enjoyed was the salad and the ice cubes in my water. I gave a star for the ambience, a star for the tree and a star for the quinoa. Hopefully they improve the seating and their sliw service.
