Online web order The employees were prompt and extremely nice. I had locked my cc and forgot, and since it wouldn't work on the app after the first try, he quickly went and rerung my items and swiped my card for me. And totally okay with me not going in with him. Gotta say that although the app is terrible for online ordering and the devices they have could be improved. The customer service for online order pickup at this Meijer is phenomenal and always has been but just keeps getting better.

I went there to get some balloons and nobody was in the department, so I went to the greater and asked so he requested someone over the intercom. I then waited 15 min, still nobody so when I was leaving I said to someone in customer service nobody in floral and she said let me paig someone, no thanks I'm going elsewhere I've already wasted enough of my time.

I don't understand why this store has such a hard time stocking items...I've been to other Meijer stores and they don't seem to have difficulty. I remember the great cat food shortage during The Great Pandemic, other stores had stock??? I can't answer why this store has that problem but always seems some items are oos and will remain that way for a while.

I used to rate this place 5 stars till i waked in you cant find stuff cuz its evreywhere they wont honor prices on the shelfs then argue becuse of stupid things i had a woman yell through the line hold on her wic wont go through and when i spoke to the manager about it i got well if it wassent she had a right to say what was holding up her line and to make it worse bathrooms are filthy you have to kick tp out of ur way to use them garbage overfilling with pads and tampons just absolutely disgusting

Naw babii not so fast too say its nice n friendly, always a issue when I play the lottery at Southgate Meijer, the white people get too play the lottery without showing ID, but when I wanna play I'm black I have too show ID, it'sad when I have too always bring this up on here and keep bringing this up in Higher Management at Meijer, and I can only go so high, they deserve no stars for being treated in that way!

Clean, almost always have what I've come to the store for (always end up walking out buying more than I anticipated lol). The people that work the "regular" cashiers (not the self-service attendants) are AMAZING, they're super fast, very friendly and truly seems to enjoy their jobs. I've never had a bad experience there.

I asked 3 different people who worked there where the bean sprouts were in the produce department. Not one knew what or where they were all 3 said they didn't know. As far as products go they don't have much at all of a selection of cake mixes either

Cashier on the self-serve was awesome! He greeted every customer and even made me laugh while checking my ID. He made the long line wait worth it because he had such a positive disposition.
