Simple delicious is the best word for this restaurant !! Atmosphere is kind of local Taiwanese style but fast serve & service, tasty especially roasting chicken. Employees can speak Thai a little bit which make more easier to order. If you come to Sun Moon Lake, I recommend to have lunch here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The chicken is a must order. Do not hesitate, just go for it. I don’t ever recall experiencing wearing heavy gloves ripping the chicken apart before, but it’s great! The skin is incredibly crunchy and flavourful, and great juicy meat as you’d expect. Also a good place to try some less common vegetables. Like sugar cane sprout and nettle nut tree flower. Generally not very flavourful vegetables but definitely worth a try if you’ve never had it.

Great place for a decent meal with friends or family Urn roasted chicken is quite common in Nantou but not all places serves good chicken In many places the chicken could be quite dry and less delicious The urn roasted checker here is one of the best I’ve ever had Also all the side dishes that we ordered were all really tasty Highly recommended

This is the place to go if you want a quick bite. We ordered a whole chicken, mapo tofu, cabbage, soup, and a couple of their noodles and rice. Everything came out within 10 minutes. If you order a whole chicken, they actually break apart the chicken right in front of you. It was very juicy and tasty.

The specially baked chicken is a must try at this restaurant. The meat taste good as the chicken was left standing for a while to let the oil drain out.
