I recently visited Meeples with my wife and her friends for the first time. We had a great time playing board games and enjoying the cafe's atmosphere. The cafe is located in a quiet residential area in Subang Jaya. It is a spacious two-storey building with a modern interior. There is a large selection of board games to choose from, including both classic and modern titles. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they are always happy to recommend games to you. We played a few different games during our visit, including Ticket to Ride, Carcassonne, and Pandemic. We all had a lot of fun, and we were able to find games that everyone enjoyed. The cafe also has a small library where you can borrow board games to take home. In addition to board games, Meeples also serves food and drinks. The menu includes a variety of sandwiches, salads, and desserts. We tried the chicken sandwich and the chocolate cake, and both were delicious. Overall, we had a great experience at Meeples. It is a great place to go if you are looking for a fun and relaxing way to spend an afternoon. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys board games. Here are some specific things that I liked about Meeples: The wide selection of board games. There were games for all different levels of experience, from simple family games to complex strategy games. The friendly and helpful staff. They were always happy to answer our questions and help us find games that we would enjoy. The comfortable atmosphere. The cafe is spacious and well-lit, and there is plenty of seating. The good food and drinks. The food was reasonably priced and tasted great. Here are some minor things that could be improved: The noise level can be a bit high, especially on weekends. The cafe can get crowded, especially on weekends. Overall, I would give Meeples a 4-star rating. It is a great place to go if you are looking for a fun and relaxing way to spend an afternoon with friends or family. Here are some additional thoughts: If you are a beginner, I would recommend starting with a simple game like Ticket to Ride or Carcassonne. These games are easy to learn but still challenging to play. If you are looking for a more complex game, I would recommend Pandemic or Terraforming Mars. These games are longer and more challenging, but they are also very rewarding. If you are not sure what kind of game you want to play, ask the staff for recommendations. They are always happy to help you find a game that you will enjoy. I hope this helps! Great place to enjoy a bajillion board games and somewhat friendly staffs but mind you their snacks and drinks are a tad pricey. Avoid their nachos if you can, because when I ordered it, the staff that brought the bowl over was munching on something (presumably mine). You have been warned!
Didn't know that it is really a cafe with board games. Just wanted to get a drink around the SS15 area. They charge for playing game here. You may refer to photo here on the rates. No doubt there are so many different types of games. They also sell games here. A rather unique cafe.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Huge diversity of boardgames (100+) and they keep adding annually. Good membership package. Once a month or more they may have a promotion on a boardgame that can play for free. Excellent place and activity to hang out with family or friends, ideally for a minimum of two hours. Suggestion to improve: have more selection and filling choices of F&B for customers' own convenience and to stay even longer for hours. Or maybe collaborate with another restaurant(s) nearby. Otherwise, would give 5 stars.

Slightly apprehensive ordering a rare Cantonese board game I couldn't find elsewhere from so far away but so happy I did, they are really friendly and helpful people, 5 stars all the way!
