McDonalds wouldn’t serve water for children? I couldn’t even get even if I pay for it? That’s after we bought a full platter of orders. Rude service woman too, with absolutely no empathy or care on customers. Shameful to run it this way! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Fresh and modern. It used to be really slow delivery times, but it's a lot better recently. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The staff was friendly, but sadly they didn’t spend munch time on cleaning the indoor and outdoor seating area. Also, a few hours after my wife and I both got cramps from the food. We won’t be visiting this restaurant again. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Not many McDonald's can boast with a sea view - just near the bridges leading out to Tjörn. You can eat at an anonymous but reasonably tidy outdoor terrace (not nice with discarded cigarettes at the children's playground though), or inside with air-conditioning and standard furniture. Rather small indoors - so can be full at peak hours. For a fast food restaurant I would give it 4+ stars for the good views, friendly staff (was worse before), and reasonable waiting time, BUT the absolutely filthy toilets takes it down to 3 (close to two) stars. I wonder where the staff go to the toilet, because as an employee at McDonald's I would refuse to go where your poor customers have to go. Shame on an otherwise good restaurant.

You have to ask for ice in your drink, they don't put ice in drinks unless you ask. Best McDonald's hamburger I ever tasted. Sweden is different.

I sent them a letter yesterday with the sharp piece of bone or ceramic I found in my sausage mc muffin. They need better quality control so customers don't damage their teeth and cut their gums just eating breakfast.

Had to wait 10-15 minuters for two cheeseburgers ordered in the drive in. Had to ask the staff for my order to get it, otherwise I would probably still be standing there waiting. I got nothing for their mistake other than a poor apology. One of the best things with McDonalds is that things taste the same and has a certain quality wherever you eat. This cheeseburger, after 10-15 minutes of wait, did not fulfill this. It was dripping of fat!!! How is that even possible?
