Extremely slow service - i waited for 60 minutes, from 22:41 till 23:41. Extremely bad attitude from the staffs, including the manager on duty, ignoring customers that were super crowded in front of the pickup counter. Very bad food - burger was not well prepared, nuggets and fries were cold, ice cream has melted, soft drinks fizzles. Most importantly, the whole crew in the restaurant were just ignoring all the unsatisfied customers who were waiting for too long to get their food. They prepared the food without following the numbers. They just let the food sit on the counter unattended. They didn't even bother to give a word of sorry or express their apology to the customers. If there is a ranking to rank the worst McD restaurant in Malaysia, this one should sit it the LIST.

Staffs are friendly. But burger is a nono thing. Take away burger don't seems to packed properly in the box. When I reach home the patty and veggies were out from the box. Got quite disappointed.

Fedback to supervisor regarding this dangerous gray protrusion at coffee counter. Customer hit hard on the knee while turning with a full tray and almost fell over. Please remove it or at least mark it as hazardous.

Was using a drive trough at the place, every was going smoothly until I get to the pick up point. I ordered 3 Sundae cone and sundae chocolate. When the food arrived I ask the person there for a cup or two to put the sundae cone in it.at first I was declined but I ask again as I was driving alone and have no way continue to drive when my hand was occupied with the sundae. The person there reluctantly gave me two small cup that barely fit one cone with a horrible attitude but that fine, at least I have a hand free and can operate my vehicle and didn’t ask for more. After taking the cup the person there have the audacity to say “ next time don’t order like this “ and walk away like… excuse me, I didn’t realise that asking for a cup was such a nuisance.i get working a 9-5 jobs at McDonald is hard but that no way to act at least have some human decency when someone ask for help that won’t even cost you 5 minutes of your life.

I used the McDonald app to order food delivery, and I ordered your all day special 2x spicy chicken mcdeluxe! When the rider brought the food to my home, they were missing one burger. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them about the missing item, but they insisted that I go to the restaurant to pick up the burger myself. I paid for delivery, and it's disappointing that I have to go there in person. Moreover, I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes at the restaurant, and the staff's attitude was very indifferent. I seriously doubt the professionalism of your staff, and I'm disappointed with how they handled my issue.

Drive through there to order double spicy Mcd deluxe but when bring back home turn out to be single. Receipt 163, ORD #63 - REG #19 but get #18. Waste time wait in car then waste another time to return there to get double again. Incident 1.09pm...finally have lunch at 2pm..."Good job" for making such mistake, please double check before deliver to customer as customer sometimes is too tired to check & now have no confident in their service...That's ruin my day...The M sign should put upside down...No smile...

Order food through Mcd App and it showed the food will be delivered at 1.30am as per the app but then when i checked the time it was almost 1.50am and it was showing “preparing” in the app. When contacted the mcd they said the rider just left to deliver at 2am. The Sundae cup chocolate ice cream that I ordered already melt down like vanilla drink instead of being an ice cream. Disappointed!
