Food: please go in early midday, around 10:00a.m to 11:00a.m. They food they prepared are absolutely perfect and balance. The ketchup, mustard, pickles and others.
Service: They are fast workers and polite. Especially the makciks. Love them.
Atmosphere: early in the morning, no people, no hassle and no worries. All perfect.
Toilet: 4☆, not so dirty, not so clean.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent purchase of a sundae ice cream from your establishment. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the quantity of ice cream in the sundae was significantly less than what I have come to expect from McDonald's.
As a regular customer, I have always enjoyed the quality and quantity of your food offerings, and I have never had an issue with the quantity of ice cream in your sundaes before. However, on this occasion, I feel that I did not receive the value for my money.
I would like to request that you look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that such a situation does not occur again in the future. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an explanation for the shortfall and consider a refund or replacement for my order.

This was what I got for upgraded drinks, a cold latte. I keyed in less ice, and even reminded the barista that the ice was too much when I noticed it, it was a full cup of ice. The barista insisted that the ice would meld (of course I knew about this common sense), but the point is after 20 minutes I finished my meal, this was the quantity of ice cubes left. I was really thirsty for not having enough sip (I know coffee dehydrated, but that's not the point here), the coffee was too little, later the manager insisted that they follow the standard portion and their "sukatan" is right and I'm wrong. However I've tried other branches and knew even all the while, the coffee inside the ice cube filled cup is very little and deceiving, however I never got such a ridiculous measure before, not because I can't afford it, simply because it's not worth it.
Unfortunately, their cognitive impairment will lead them to keep making such ridiculous mistakes and still not be aware they are wrong.
Apart from the above, I noticed that the staff's hands grasped and held the folk and spoon tip , and the barista inserted half of her 4 fingers into the internal wall of the coffee cup when she pulled it out from the machine, I wonder if they are trained and have even a little hygiene common sense and ethics?
Having a meal here was a disastrous experience as the waiting time was very long too even though there weren't any other new customers waiting around.
No class and pathetic indeed.

Got own parking & reserve for OKU.
Good ventilation air cond environment. Friendly staff and clean space.
Children play room & washroom worry free for family.
I'll rate 5 stars if got Mc Cafe with barista.
Still can get coffee here but with express machine. And no self service KIOSK yet.
Hope to see improvement next :)
Overall good place to hangout especially late night.

I've been live in JB and Bandar Seri Putra, then latest in Semenyih. I've tried different McD branch from different places. But I can't deny that this branch is the best among all other branches that I've been visited. Especially Milo Ais, my family fav drink instead of the soft drink. It taste just nice to my tongue. Most places that I go, the Milo tasted bland & like no different with RO water. Besides that, I love the way the staff serve the food or wrap it for delivery/takeaway. It is neat and presentable to eat. I've been to other branch that wrapped my burger with lettuce on top of my burger. At 1st, I thought it is just a mess. Surprisingly, there are no lettuce at all in my burger.

Despite from being "tersorok", McD Semenyih always visited by their loyal customers.

I don't know how they want to improved, especially on the entrance. That is not their fault. However maybe they can make an afford by put there a light, or a visible sign to warn their possible customer of the main entrance of the restaurant.
