Today we went to Mcdz and we've always had a pleasant experience- the ladies are always helpful and friendly. However, we had an odd yet amazing experience today. After receiving our order and driving out, the staff had forgotten to add our sauces into the order. A staff member ran from the Mcdz shop to the robot to give us the sauce. Honestly, if that isn't world class experience - what is. Amazed and blessed ! Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Because I have kids, I literally am at a Mc Donald’s 5 times a week. Today I went to do my hair in Rivonia and had the kids with me and of course we had to get some food when they saw the big red and yellow sign. The lady who was operating the drive through was amazing!!! Her name is Nosipho, she is a happy person and you get the vibe that she loves dealing with customers. I was not having the best day, she definitely put a smile on my face. I don’t get this often! Keep up the good work Nosipho. The world needs people like you. Service: 5

The last two meals I’ve had here both burgers were missing 1 of the beef patties. Too late to return and complain by the time I got home. What’s going on, why are they charging in full and only delivering half the burger???? I’m not happy Food: 1

This has got to be one of the most useless McDonalds in the country. They are not 24/7 despite having a massive 24hr sign, they don't deliver despute having signage all over saying they do (McDelivery app says "we dont deliver in this area"), the service is slow and I constantly find myself being ushered through to sit in the parking, waiting for someone to walk over and give me my food. I don't have issues with rivonia McDonald's, the workers are usually friendly and the food is actually well prepared, but I'd suggest that you'd prepare to wait relatively long at around 5-6 o clock as they're so busy with drive thru orders. Their deliveries are also super fast.

Absolutely ridiculous service! I have now ran into my 4th issue where my orders either had missing or damaged items. The previous time I had to drive there to pick up the items that they did not pack for delivery! This time around the managed forget both drinks for both meals.
