Restaurant was very tidy with the tables being very clean. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews for this store since the food, service, and restaurant was very tidy and nice. No food on tables or ground, and staff were very friendly to us. After placing order in a not very busy place it still took 20min to get order, when our number was call to collect they then informed us that there wasn't any chocolate milkshake available only after we had ordered it, only then did I reluctantly accept another drink, once in the car we discovered that they had messed up my daughters order and had giver her a cheeseburger in stead of the nuggets she ordered, no time to take it back as we were running late because of the 20 min delay in getting order. Bathroom in a poor condition, floor sticky with spilt drink and rubbish on ground. Rubbish or food on every table, Docket printed completely blank, food was appalling, my McSpicy had way too much lettuce, almost filled a burger box with it (photo attatched), Ice cream was weirdly runny when we got it, forgot sauce packets (like always). Came in this morning with my son to have breakfast together. It was before school started, so there was not many people in the restaurant. 3 people were waiting for their orders - sweet this won't take long! 20mins later!!! The frustration for me was the lack of movement with their staff, the hovering around one place, the communication with customers to let them know a waiting time, and the priority of people getting their food before us while we already waited 20mins....I couldn't even enjoy a sit down meal with my son and it put me off my food! Not impressed.

Update: Male toilet is nasty. The Urinals never been fixed. Pools of pee in the urinals Update: Props to the management team. Delivery pick-ups have been way more efficient than before. No more waiting for over 10 minutes. Wendy's has now taken over the 1st place for the slowest fast food restaurant 😂. If there's one thing that I could improve if I were the manager, It would be telling my staff to work faster and do their job more seriously. Imagine having plenty of staff, but like quarter of them are mucking around during busy hours. Not mentioning that on some occasions, they just left out some delivery orders without telling other staff to finish it off, and you have to remind them to get back to it. Also some staff members moved so slowly and made me wonder how could factory workers, who work maybe 3 times harder and faster get paid the same amount as these McDonald's workers. I understand that most of the workers here are young teenagers. But at least you should push them on a bit harder because a great human resource is necessary for a country to thrive. Used disabled toilet, and Lage gap between door and jam so poor security and privacy. Not sure if toilet dirty or VERY run down, but good clean might help. Restaurant was way to cold making it uncomfortable. Food cold and swapped child's drink due to unavailability without asking what flavour they wanted. Would not recommend this McD's! I came here for a holiday, I got lunch for 3 people, me, my sister and my friend, I got a cheese burger, my sister got cheeseburger combo and my friend got double quarter pounder, the wait was absolutely ridiculous, a 40 minute wait for 3 things! A quick stop in at the drive through. A very polite and well spoken person asked for our order via the intercom, that in itself got a big tick, and we weren't let down when we proceeded around to the window. A lovley young man gave a smile and processed our payment before sending us onto the next window to collect our meal. We had to wait a few minutes for our meals in the waiting bay but then we were off. Reasonable standard, your usual McDs. It's a Micky Dee's, what can you expect. But, in saying that, they got our order wrong, probably due to the drive thru intercom being what it is, but they fixed it very quickly and we were on our way again.
