The vibe is perfect. The place is spacious. The staffs are super friendly. There are persons who speak English so it was helpful. They took time to understand us and give us what we need. Tried the big Mac combo. The patties tasted super delicious and tasty . There were plenty of sauces and veggies. Though the size of the burger could have been increased. For the price its given. And what more it's McDonald's. The fries were crispy, tasty enough If going in a hungry stomach, not recommended. But for the vibe highly recommended. Хорошо, чисто и уютно, вот только не люблю я еду из Macdonald"s. Ну в Москве в 1990 годах еда казалась нереально вкусной или мы были голодные ,или ничего не видели тогда. Но сегодня, извините, меня картошкой фри( недожаренной всегда почему то ) не удивишь и видела я эти полуфабрикаты сырые , которые за котлеты выдают. Ну , нет у меня даже двух жизней в запасе, чтоб такое себе позволять кушать(((

Experience was quite good as a forgien student you can order meal all by yourself in English drive thru and take away is also available. A meal for one usually cost around 100 uah

Заказали с собой пару меню, картошку и стрипсы. Ждали минут 15, если не больше. За ожидание дали….. карточку. До 31.12. ВНИМАНИЕ! 21 года😡 ЗЛОСТИ НА ВАС НЕ ХВАТАЕТ. Что за отношение к клиентам?! В огромном заказе 2 салфетки🤦🏽‍♀️ Это единственный мак, в котором мне доводилось кушать. И ВЫ - ХУДШИЙ МАК В УКРАИНЕ!!!!

Были 2 раза и каждый раз заказ не могут выполнить нормально и во время. Первый раз заказывали в заведении. Время ожидания было более 15 минут. В чизбургере почему-то не было сыра, салата и помидор, хотя 2 последних пункта мы добавили и оплатили дополнительно. Второй раз заказывали через доставку. Заказ собирали более 40 минут, хотя обещали вместе с доставкой около 30 минут. В чизбургере указали без мяса,привезли с мясом. В чем проблема?
