Very bad customer service and very bad attitude towards customer and the night manager was unprofessional and unqualified. I would not recommend to anyone to go there. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person kr 200–300 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The system with orders doesn't work in this restaurant. I don't think this is a staffing issue. Something is seriously wrong in the system. A large order that is still waiting for something can block all others until resolved. Why not just start with another order until the first is resolved. And then another.. and another. If you want to use an order system do it right. (No blame intended on the staff.)

Im not very good at swedish and they did not trust it. So they got very mad cause i ask plz english. Also they dident give me recipe. I do not recommend.

Having worked for McDonald's in the UK as an Assistant Store Manager, I'm fully aware of the standards expected. I've found the food to be good, but the service lacking at times. The Drive-thru seems to be a specific area for below par performance on numerous occasions. Because of this I'd rate this restaurant a 4 star.

Drive throu is better than going in to the resturant. It's not a fine place to bring a date but it's good for just fastfood.

Vegetarian stuff need to expand. There is some good stuff but not even real meat can beat MAX plant beef. :)

Slow service. Food tasted a bit off, which I didn't think was possible at MacDonald's. And the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for several days... Going for Burger King across the street next time...
