staff is very rude. there was about 6 people “working” but only ONE person which was a manager (i assume as he had a collared shirt) who was wearing a dark green shirt was working his a$$ off while the teenagers was talking about how high they was and leaning all over the front counter, a girl was chewing on a spoon at the front counter, playing with their hair and touching items. i really would like to contact corporate because that was the worst experience i have ever had at a fast food restaurant.
Today, signs say: no ice and no ice cream. This site also does not give receipts anymore (last couple months), floor always dirty, but table tops looked ok. Service seemed attentive and polite. Order was correct and fast! Waaaay better than McDs down street.

Food was fresh and hot, but the girl at the register was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there, when I 1st walked to the register the guy in the grill area had to call her from the lobby where she was sitting and talking with friends, when she got up to the register she said what's up bruh, didn't ask for my order or nothing, so I gave her my order anyways 2 20 piece nuggets and 2 large fries, I also Learned later that there is a special for 40 piece nuggets which would've saved me some money, but she didn't bring it up.

If I could leave half a star I would. The girl at the counter wouldn’t get off her phone. Was rude as hell. Hope you succeed in life your nasty attitude is gonna take you far kid 👍

Unless you are in the drive thru this place is not customer friendly, the staff looked at me crazy because I didn't want to use the kiosk because it won't let you make substitute choice. So I am no longer a McDonald's customer.

Okay....I order a double cheeseburger.... It was the worst burger that I had ever eaten from McDonald... It was sooo salty!..and why waste the time calling it a double... the meat on it looks like a kiddie burger..so small and I wanted lettuce and tomatoes on it....why do you charge.. when you don't get your money worth..very disappointed.. I wasted my $3.00.....I could have gone to Wendy's... and get the 4 for 4....or even better..starve until I get Home!..will do!
I don't know what happened at this McDonald's, but it used to be horrible. The staff would scowl if you dare order. It took forever, food was always cold and orders were always wrong. I stayed away for a couple years. Just recently went back a couple months ago and it was completely different! Fast hot,correct food . WITH A SMILE! Great place when you're in a harry or just became you need your McD's fix!
Here is a tip .
If you like hot McDonald's fries as much as I do,Order them with no salt..They have to make you a fresh batch,They will be hot and crispy.
Once you receive them get some salt packets sprinkle the salt on and enjoy..🍟
Where do I begin? I was warned by another customer,before I even left the house,that this location NEVER has any side items for the Happy Meals. This trip was par for the course. No yogurt,no Chocolate Milk,no Apple Juice. The guy who took our order and the female who gave us our food need customer service training desperately. When we finally made it to the window to pay, he asked if we had the "long order" and then said nevermind that won't help,there are too long orders. After repeating the whole order to him again,we finally proceeded to the window to collect our food. The female never greeted us,no smiles,no thank you,not even a thank you for allowing me too royally screw up your order,once again. We get home ,only to find out that after asking 2x if we had a boy or girl for the Happy Meals,we said boys but got boy and girl toys. The fries were stale and cold,the chicken sandwiches were hard and the buns were burnt. One sandwich that should have had extra mayo on it,has it all around the box with a tiny fdabn the edge of the buns. At this point,the box probably would have tasted better than the good. I guess I shouldn't be surprised,as numerous patrons have said how horrible the food and service is it this location. Big disappointment!
