McDs has to do few things to be good OR bad. In this case it was good, food was warm and fresh, customer service was above par(which is really good for Micky D's) Also the place was clean. Nothing stood out as "special" to set this McDonald's apart from most others design and decor wise. All in all, it was a good stop. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Okay so usually I hate writing reviews on places but oh my god. So first off they never answer the speaker, you sit there for at least 5 minutes. Then if she does come on there it’s cause they’re laughing and they don’t realize the mic is on. Today 7/26/23 my boyfriend went to this Cedar Springs McDonalds. He ordered two fries, a burger, 4 pc nuggets, and a Mcchicken. They gave him 4 Mcchickens… no fries, no nuggets, and no burger. Just four mcchickens. Okay so we go back to get the right food and they pulled us up for space #1 and we’ve been waiting here like 20 minutes for some fries and our actual food we ordered. They’ve pulled everyone up in the drive through. Idk if they’re short staffed or they just suck but get it together McDonalds please. 2nd time I've been here and 1st time I ordered a frappe. It cane out as milk.. 2nd time they had the audacity to give me extreamly watered down orange juice to the point it taste like water. Idk if yall are low on product but don't so thatm 17 dollars for 2 small "oj" ,2 hash 2 muffins. Smh never again. I really wish corporate knew how much they park cars from drive thru to reduce their ticket times. Every time I come through the drive thru I’m parked for multiple minutes. I wish there was a better system to prove they do this so action would be taken to reduce the times-which is the issue. Not to mention the wait time to only receive a portion of what you ordered. Just such sloppy everything!

At night the service is horrible. Sometimes you have to get their attention for them to answer drive thru. It’s always something anytime I go, but this past time I ordered in the app, a happy meal, which was the boo buckets and it was curbside and they came out and handed me a box and never said anything about the buckets being out and I went back inside, and there wasn’t even a different toy. Just nothing and the food was cold. The last time I ordered on the app and curbside, they never even came out to the car. Both times I had to go inside. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal, I ask for no pickles and salt in the fries! Needless to say I still had to pull ahead for them to make it! So I get home and it’s still wrong!!! Nastiest McDonald’s in Spartanburg. Food is never fresh. Fries are soggy. Burger smelled and taste funny on my recent visit. Money down the drain. I took a few bites of my burger and soggy fries and immediately had to throw it away. Tasted horrible and I did not want to become sick from eating it.
