While on my way home from a VA appointment, I stopped and ordered 2 Sausage Mc Muffins, soda, and a hash brown. When I arrived home, East Loveland, I received 2 ham and egg sandwiches. NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR LIKE. With all the other fast food places in the area, this will be the last time we ever eat there again. Friday Feb 23 0900 hours. See the picture. McDonald's has a great mobile app that makes it easy to order food and pick it up curbside. I love being able to skip the line and just drive up and pick up my food. It's so convenient, especially when I'm in a hurry. The food is always hot and fresh, and the prices are reasonable. I brought my kids to play in the play area and it doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned all day. There’s food all over the floor and all the glass has finger prints it really needs to be professionally cleaned. Even the main lobby is filthy and they aren’t even busy. I was disappointed with the way this restaurant was. We were trying to find a clean place to enjoy our food, and not a single table was clean. They were told to clean the place up. Crazy enough, everyone took it as a joke and continued to mingle. I could understand a bit if this place was busy. Went there for breakfast today and just surprised that the play area is visibly is not only dirty but also in a state of disrepair.
