This McDonald's I visit frequently, and the service is usually slow, but they are short staffed. Almost every other visit, I leave the drive thru and travel home only to realize I'm missing an item from my order. My wife criticizes me for not checking the bag in the drive thru lane before I leave, but with slow service, you can imagine the road rage that is probably brewing behind me, so I leave. They never have a problem fixing the order, but no one wants to travel back to the restaurant for a batch of fries. They are courteous and friendly, just not diligently making sure your orders are correct. Once in a while, there would be no complaint. But it happens too much. Even a teenager can be made to be proud of the job they do with proper training and diligence. Shame. Their food is consistent, not great, but good. For a person in a hurry, though, like a lunch break, I would stop somewhere else if you don't want to leave with a half empty bag. This McDonald’s is always really disappointing. They did not let me know the cold brew had just been brewed and would be hot. I wanted and iced coffee with no ice, not a hot coffee. Everytime I come I have to walk back in the store bc something in drive thru or curbside was done incorrectly. The people who work there are not well trained and are incredibly rude every single visit. I won’t be returning to this location. Management has reached out to remedy on behalf of the employees. They should be so lucky.
