Update: points taken off Health Inspection for cracked refrigerator gasket even though refrigerator temperature was correct...hope to see 💯 on next Health Inspection 👍 Not sure why they received a 96.5 on the health inspection (the place was spotless to include the restroom and the viewable kitchen area). Kevin was attentive to my special request and thoroughly completed my order. I highly recommend this McDonald's..... McDonald's is one of the most reliable fast food places on the world. The milkshake I got was good. Not as good as those at Cook out, which uses 100% real fruit in their shakes and which has over 40 flavors everyday, but still good, and fast. Always mess my order up. Food is rarely fresh at all. Extremely unfriendly people. Use to be the best in the area, now it's one of the worst. Just went through drive-thru, messed up the whole order. Didn't even bother putting half of what was ordered on the bill so ended up having to double order at the second window. Don't bother with this place. I've read an article where it says McDonald's was improving their food. I went to the Waynesville location about three in the afternoon. it was taking quite a while to get my food at the drive-thru. I thought well if it's fresh it's worth the wait. then I got my mail in the french fries with the oldest fries I've ever seen. and the burger was horrible. the bread was so tough. next time I'm going to Wendy's down the road. I went there a couple weeks ago in the afternoon and ordered a Big Mac fries and a Coke. Once I got to the window it took a long time to get the food and I thought well at least it will be fresh. To my surprise it was all old and terrible. 👎 Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Not a good night. The drive thru order was for a chocolate milkshake and fries. The first fries were limp cold and floppy. The replacement fries weren't fully cooked, were still floppy and the package was about halfway full. The shake consistency was pretty runny. This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Ordered a chicken sandwich and all I got was a piece of chicken and bread. Half an order of lg fries with no salt. Thankfully I was in charge of my own drink. Bunch of lazy twits.

What kind of a place claims they close at midnight... but when I pull up at 1 am they are handing food out the window? Online it says 24 hour drive thru yet not for me. 5 years since my last complaint about this location mainly because I don't want a headache anymore but how is it STILL this horribly managed?
