Sadly almost every other night I go to this McDonald’s to get food on the way home from work and depending on the night they’ll close a good ten minutes early. And I work in the food industry so I understand that stuff happens but just feel that you need to close at the time on the sign. Usually not tot type to complain but honestly it’s happening too often. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They have both drive thru lanes open but ignore who waits and arrives to the window first. People will sit in Lane 2 waiting while people in Lane 1 continue to order and pull up to get their food. The lines get ridiculous constantly and they hand food to you thats not even yours. They also hold your receipt to enter it for their own personal points. They are led by miserable and rude people. They closed their doors before 10:50pm when I pulled up at 39 weeks pregnant. My husband is waiting in the drive thru to make an order and I am trying to use the bathroom. The staff person refused to open the door for me as a paying customer to use the bathroom when they were not even supposed to be closed. THEN I asked throigh the drive thru at 11am when I finally got to the window and the manager didn't even show empathy. She was willing to sacrifice our business by arguing with us and telling us to walk across the street and use the bathroom at Walgreens. Service: 1

This is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. A few weeks ago I had a hard piece of plastic in my mcchicken. I reached out to whoever I could to bring this issue to attention so that it never happens again. I told the woman I spoke with that I will never be eating there again, due to the fact that I almost chipped my tooth. She was rude to me, questioned a post that I put on FB to warn people, and then called me the next day to tell me she appreciated my call & wanted to send me coupons. She sent me 2 coupons for a free sandwich… after clearly hearing me say that I’m uncomfortable eating there anymore. Rude…. Not helpful… and downright offensive. The food is always fresh. If a mistake was made, they fixed the issues with no arguments. The service with drive-thru can be a little faster, or both drive-thru should be open.
