I can't say enough negative things about this McDonald's location. They wouldn't provide a receipt, didn't make the sandwich right as pictures show, and did not care one bit to make it right when told about it. Whoever answered the phone absolutely refused to provide their name and made it well known they did not care about mistake. Provided no apology, did not care that we live 15+ minutes away & refused to provide a refund to me as well. In fact, their exact words were "oh well." Eventually, I was completely irate, and they just hung up on me. My wife then calls and tries to talk to the employees, and they refuse to provide a manager or general manager's name and won't assist in any manner. The customer service at this location is probably the worst I've experienced at any fast food restaurant anywhere. The owner of this location should be ashamed. McDonald's sometimes gets a bad rap. People who write reviews generally are just venting grievences. I visit this McDonald's probably once every few weeks. This McDonald's is excellent. I really like the staff here. They never mess up an order. They are wildly fast. Can't ask for much more than that. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We just pulled up and asked the person to wait a moment because we was trying to get our order together and he kept trying to rush us and then when we asked to speak with a manager he said he is the manager which if he is y’all need to definitely reconsider because it was not warranted for his rudeness and aggressiveness. We didn’t even finish ordering our food because of the rudeness and decided to just leave. We didn’t catch his name and idk if he was having a bad day or not but if so he doesn’t need to be in the window or taking orders. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My order was only seven dollars and some change . I gave the cashier older cashier man a $20 bill and he gave me 3 bills and change back thinking I wouldn’t look to see if it was a 10 dollar bill and 2 ones like it should of . Nope 3 one dollars.! I told him it was wrong that i gave him a $20 and he got all defensive! And said nope you gave me a $10…. We went back and forth so i called manager so was worthless !! Both didn’t speak English well . My guess is that there over charging alot and pocketing the money!! I will be calling general manager.! Watch your money there definitely go to another location!! Fast service, I ordered both for myself and picked up a doordash. My food was hot and fresh. The doordash customer ended up leaving me an extra $3 tip, so I'd assume that they were happy with their order as well! Location is clean, service was friendly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pulled up at 12:30am Monday night in the drive thru, woman said "I'll be with you in a moment" never came back, never communicated any issues. Waited for about 15-20 minutes as 2 people behind me got out of line and left. Frustrating. Service: 1

Went to lunch at this McDonald's yesterday 12/12/23. Order was cheeseburger, Fries and small coke. Total was $7.07. Looked at my bank account next day and they charged me $17.75. Called and spoke with manager Maria. She was so rude. Said why didn't you come in yesterday? Said im not doing anything about it. Asked her, her name and she said I didn't give it to you, I said I know can I please have it. She said no, why would I give you my name. I couldn't believe how nasty she was being. So I went up there. Of course she was on break and wouldn't come talk to me. So 2 employees helped in returning my money minus my order, which is all I wanted and they both were very nice and polite. One was Precious and the other Delmena(I think). Long story short the manager didn't do her job, and was rude and nasty. And hopefully the employees here dont pick up her horrible habits and people skills! I will not be going here again. I will be posting on social media as well to warn people to just go to the one on Auburn road a couple miles down for friendly, fast service. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

National hamburger day. They weren't able to give me the promotional pricing because their app was down. But I could still pay full price for everything. The review could have been a little more detailed if I was able to understand Spanish a little better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The one star that I’m giving this establishment, is not for the food, service of average crew member, or the atmosphere in general. Rather it is with contact with the particular manager of the McDonalds restaurant franchise itself. This particular McDonalds is located on the boarder of Rochester/Rochester Hills city limit. The culture of these two cities makes certain unofficial allowances for those animals who aren’t service animals, to occasionally come into an establishment so long as they are in good behavior and are contained. This manager that I had a minor dispute with regarding my animal didn’t know or seem to care about the unofficial culture of the Rochester/Rochester Hills area regarding animals. In front of everyone (it was the lunch hour on a weekend and it was packed inside), she told me that “unless the animal is a service animal it is not allowed in the restaurant”. If it had been anywhere but Rochester/Rochester Hills it would have made sense. But I had brought in my animal before and no one said anything beforehand. It would have been much kinder if the manager had said something during the days when I had been inside during the week. Then I would have known not to go in with my animal and had been on my way. I’m writing this as both a warning to “parents” of “fur-babies” such as myself, and a suggestion for the franchise owner of the restaurant: please put a sign on the restaurant that states what is obvious in most places that aren’t “dog-central”; that only leader dogs and service animals are allowed inside the restaurant. It is what other establishments do in the Rochester/Rochester Hills area. It saves “pet-parents” and owners of said establishments the embarrassment of reprimanding an uninformed offender and making an unnecessary scene. I have no ill-will with the said manager. She was just doing her job and I understand that. But I don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else.
