If hungry, come here for nicely cooked double cheeseburgers and tasty bacon. Great frappes are among the most often ordered drinks at this fast food. Guests don't like biscuits at McDonald's. This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' point of view, the real drawback is average prices. When inside, the atmosphere is spectacular. But google users rated this spot and it didn't get a high rating.

I didn’t spend a dime at this location. Went through the drive through asked for 2 shamrock shakes at lunch time and was told the icecream machine was down for cleaning. IF YOU ARE GONNA LIE COME UP WITH SOMETHING BETTER. I live in this town and won’t be eating here ever again and will make sure everyone that I know does the same. Got a little turned around on my way out of Big Ridge Park (trying to find Knoxville, failing), ended up in Maynardville, and was like whatever. I just walked 6 miles. I'll get some Naldo's, as a treat. Food's normal quality. However, shout-out to the girl in the window with the snake bite piercings. Literally the most pleasant interaction I've ever had with a McDonald's employee. If she's not employee of the month every month and isn't making like $18+/hr, y'all sleeping on giving this girl what she deserves. She was so sweet that it stuck out as being different, like she actually cares and actually likes what she does kinda vibe. That's the sort of person that needs to be rewarded, even if it's fake niceness (which it didn't seem like. She had the vibe of just being a really pleasant person). Anyway. If her manager sees this, give her a raise or something! Service: 5

I immediately wasn’t satisfied when i pulled in the parking lot and one of the workers rudely and aggressively waved me around a parked car, the girl at the first window was nice, and the lady at the second window had nothing to say. It was my first time ever to try a biscuit ,I won't do it again. It was hard on top as well as buttom. I have no clue but maybe when it feels hard preparing it don't give it to a customer to eat especially at the drive thru, that's just so wrong. Just close the place! Good grief I ordered 2 Mcdoubles with no special instructions. Normally I ask for no pickle. Just so there was no mistake I didn't. Get home and all I got is 2 slabs of dry meat between 2 stale buns. Speaking of stale,those nuggets must have been in the freezer since last December. That's why they were on special. This location is convenient for our family, be it errands or school runs, but it's hot or miss whether your food will be correct, whether you'll get good service and not get hit on, and whether or not they're out of at least one thing you've ordered. The odds are good at least one of these issues will happen every time you stop here. I only stop now out of necessity, and it has made me never even think of visiting inside with my family. I only go thru the drive thru when I need to quickly for my kids being out and about running my errands, cause I get a discount on the app. Even then, you're not guaranteed to get your order on time or unless you call the store twice because they forgot about you.
