Speedy results! The food may not be the best quality, but the speed was impressive. We got our food in minutes after ordering on the app. We literally had a plane to catch and my kids wanted McDonald's. Location was easy to get to and order was accurate. Atmosphere is not great but it is next to a lot of seats!

Very fast service on a Thursday morning at 10:00 am. Ordered a couple burritos and iced coffee. The food was hot and fresh. Took only 2-3 minutes for the food to be done. Friendly folks at the counter as well. Prices were fair. You can order on the app and pickup here.

Horrible customer service. I was the only one in line, and I waited 30 minutes for my order! When I asked why the wait was so long, I was told that my order had not been started yet, as they have tro fill online orders first, and drive throughout orders before walk up to counter orders. My order took only 3 minutes to prepare, but I stood and waited 27 minutes before they started my order. Then the person at the counter gave me attitude.l

Excellent, efficient, friendly, full service McDonald's! This location is in the "high" end of terminal A, near gate A35. Always very busy, due to it's popular location, the staff associates are great at keeping the line moving and serving customers quickly. This terminal A location serves most all the popular McDonald's food items you expect and crave. The food is always fresh and hot. The customer service is always excellent. In my observation, most customers appear to be ordering their food and beverage items and taking to the gate and/or flights. However, if you have extra time in between flights in DFW, there is a McDonald's dining area directly across the hall from the order and pickup service counter area. Although there are several other McDonald's locations throughout the terminals at DFW, this location is my favorite. In my opinion, it is by far the friendliest and most efficient!
UPDATE:SEPTEMBER 20TH 2023; This DFW terminal A location is still very popular and busy. Very friendly, efficient and fast service!

A great restaurant with very affordable food. People can also get many offers through the app. Taste is really nice whatever you order. I really feel this is the place to eat with taste.
Way too slow. MANY employees standing around in a back room talking and not working. If they couldn't be preparing the food, they could have been cleaning, restocking supplies etc making things easier later. My drink sat there with the ice melting while the food was served to me which by the way was cold.

If you're looking for a quick and easy bite to eat, this is a great place to go. There are tons of fast-food restaurants in the area (obviously it's an airport) so you're sure to find something you like.

Airport location so we'll over double the normal prices. Food did come out fairly quickly. Got a fish filet that had the most ridiculously small piece of cheese. Literally the size of a quarter.
