stopped by at 10:30am tried to order breakfast. told i was too late already serving lunch, huh ok says breakfast until 11am. few days later order on the app at 10am, app said your order is ready. show up at 10:30am and am told they are already serving lunch so my order was cancelled and if i want breakfast i should shoot for 9am the latest. even though at 10:30 i cannot order lunch on the app untill 11 only breakfast until 11am on app. just trying to play by the rules they set up so stop changing the rules. I go here on my break every now and then. Today I walked in and there was no other customers in the store. It took 15 minutes for someone to take my order. It took another 15 minutes to get a cheese burger and my fries. By the time i got my food my break was OVER. Staff is rude, incompetent. Made a mobile order 30 minutes before closing and when I walked over the doors were locked. The man cleaning inside laughed at me and motioned to go to the drive through. I don’t have a car. The food was already paid for but I was unable to retrieve it. Careful they lock the doors whenever they feel like it and will take your money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been there twice at 9:35 pm... they advertise that the dining room is open until 11:00pm and it was closed! I was in the lobby with 4 others and the manager was very rude! I pointed it out that the door says the lobby is open until 11:00pm but he was adamant about closing it when he did and that we would have to go to the drive thru. I will never spend another penny in any McDonald's. There is a Burger King across the street and from now on I will spend my money there!😡😡😡😡😡😡 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

This is my second post I'm going to reorder from here one more time if they messed up again I'm going there to talk to someone about this because this is absurd how can they mess up on a simple order. They just opened up and you'd think they care about how they look when they don't. They need to hire new workers who know what they're doing if they are going to work there and management needs to care of they want customers going to THIS location to get McDonald's cause there is other McDonald's not far from this location. They can't keep taking my money on DoorDash and then not bringing me the food I paid for and want me to keep ordering from here when you check your bag your order isn't there or half of it isn't there and that's not okay in any sense Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Just opened and already the worst. First time going I asked for 2 double cheeseburgers and they gave me 2 quarter pounders. Charged me for something did not want. Second time, order a classic cheese burger meal and only got one cheese burger and 3 sauces. While I was supposed to get fries, 2 cheese burger and nuggets, NONE of which were in the bag besides the one burger but I was still charged for the full meal? Scammer behavior!
