I realize it is Christmas eve however we were trapped in line for over an hour and a half! When we made it to the window she said they were closed! NOBODY came out to let anyone know so we were stuck in line waiting! This McDonald's has the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen and we will never come back. People were skipping the line and they would take orders at the window. I will be reaching out to the owner to see how this was handled. For fast food this place is slower than a regular restaurant. I can go sit down at the American and have my food apps and dinner faster than it takes to just get your order taken. AND YOU PROPLE WANT $15 DOLLARS AN HOUR. 38 minutes and still waiting to get my order taken. What a joke.
